About the home

"COCONUT LAGOON" is situated in the stunning tropical walled and gated gardens of "COCONUT PARADISE". It shares a Beautiful and Secluded pool with two other Villas, "COCONUT BEACH" Villa and "COCONUT PALMS" Villa. The Villa is located just 2 minutes drive from RAWAI BEACH, where you can catch a LONGTAIL BOAT out to the many beautiful islands just offshore. A 5 minute drive will take you to stunning NAI HARN BEACH with it's crystal clear waters and golden sands - ideal for SWIMMING and SNORKELLING! Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes drive from the larger resorts of Kata, Karron and Patong (taxis are readily available and very cheap too).

"COCONUT LAGOON", "COCONUT BEACH" and "COCONUT PALMS" Villas are all located in the same Tropical Gardens and are also UNIQUELY suitable for group bookings of 2 or 3 Villas - for maybe 2 or 3 families (or groups of friends) wishing to spend their holiday together, yet still retain their own privacy.

Easy access to all amenities including many excellent bars and restaurants for eating out.

Each villa is BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED with 1 Double Bedroom, 1 Twin Bedroom, 1 Shower Room and open plan Kitchen/Lounge with Sofa Bed for 2 extra guests. Patio doors opening onto the covered outside Dining Terrace for "al fresco" dining - all AIR CONDITIONED, plus Ceiling Fans, and fly screens on all patios doors and windows.

OUTSIDE, the stunning TROPICAL GARDENS and POOLS are beautifully lit at night, making these Villas an ideal romantic getaway for couples, but also suitable for families also.

* The Pools are available all year as the outside temperature rarely drops below 26 degrees - making Phuket an ideal holiday destination ALL YEAR ROUND!
* The Owners - who are English speaking - are on hand to answer any questions.
* We have ADSL (High Speed Internet) connected in these villas.

The VILLAS are located in walled, secluded TROPICAL GARDENS, beautifully lit at night, making it a very romantic getaway for couples, but equally suitable for families. The Villas are reached via a private driveway through the beautiful tropical gardens, and each has it's own private car port.

* CANOE ADVENTURES - in Phang Nga Bay, where you navigate through narrow passages and small caves into landlocked lagoons - with fascinating Mangrove Forests!

* ANGKOR WAT in Cambodia - a very interesting and historical site with many Temples.

ACTIVITIES and PLACES OF INTEREST close to the Villa include:-

* SUNSETS at PROMTHEP CAPE - just a 5 minute drive away. The views are some of the most stunning on the island. We often take a bottle of champagne with us to enjoy while the sun slips into the sea!
* MASSAGE - a Thai Massage is quite the thing in Thailand. You can have one locally, even on the beaches, but for a touch of luxury, we can arrange for you to have a massage in your own Villa! Put on your favourite music and just Relax!
* WATERSPORTS - Nai Haan Beach is great for swimming and snorkelling. Rawai Beach is the place to catch a Longtail Boat out to the offshore islands, and Kata, Karron and Patong Beaches are the places for Jet Skies, Paragliding, Water Ski-ing and Windsurfing etc.
* SHOPPING - a 20 minute drive will take you to PHUKET TOWN with various Shopping Malls and large Supermarkets.
* CINEMA - again, a 20 minute drive will take you to the cinema - but be assured, this is no ordinary cinema!!! Showing all the latest films, The First Class ticket includes a buffet with cocktails before the film, soft drinks and popcorn during the film, and the most luxurious airconditioned seating (with recling armchairs) you can imagine.
* THAI CUISINE - Thai food is renowned for its quality and diversity - and for being as much a feast for the eyes as for the stomach! * Regular flights leave the UK via Heathrow or Gatwick direct to Bangkok, where a quick transfer flies you on to Phuket.
* We recommend Thai Airways - www.thaiairways.com - particularly their 9pm flight as this tends to avoid any jet lag as you are more likely to sleep on the overnight flight and arrive quite refreshed. (However, some of the other airlines have cheaper fares).
* We can arange for a Taxi to meet you at Phuket Airport (cost approx £15 each way) and we are located approx 50 mins from the Airport, at the southern tip of Phuket Island.
* Car or Bike Hire can be arranged locally, and we are only too pleased to help.
