This extravagant modern villa is situated on the hillside in a quiet development overlooking Rawai Beach and the outlaying Islands visible across the Andaman Sea. The rich colours throughout this villa suggest opulence and luxury, blending perfectly with the comfortable furnishings and the Asian theme reminding you of the Thai tradition and cultures that are part of Phuket's lifestyle.

The spacious villa offers a choice of living and entertainment areas, boasting a 12 recliner seat cinema room, immense games room (with two pool tables, a table tennis table, a dart board, and an indoor basketball hoop) and large sun decks and balcony areas. Separate living areas and private bedroom suites offer smaller groups privacy to relax individually, all perfectly combining to make Diamond View the ideal residence for larger groups or extended families.

The vast accommodation is comprised of 8 bedrooms, and an optional 9th bedroom, accommodating up to 24 people. The three large living rooms, Thai sitting area, games room, and every bedroom, all have TVs (up to 50"). The outside undercover 16-seater dining table is in an unequaled location for appreciating the exceptional view and beautiful sunsets, while enjoying al fresco dining on delicious Thai food or a hearty BBQ.

A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any residents to prepare desired meals.

The over-sized infinity edge 12 x 5 metre swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi which offers a breath-taking venue to enjoy the tranquil 180 degree ocean views. Extending beyond the swimming pool is a unique garden terrace, equipped with sun-beds, tables and chairs.

Diamond View enjoys close proximity to Rawai beach, and is a short walk to a good selection of restaurants, bars, night life and of course easy access to the numerous long tail boats and speed boats that can whisk you away to the golden sands and azure waters of the many outlying Islands. Alternatively you can stay closer to home and enjoy the benefits of Phuket's number one beach, Nai Harn, which is just a short drive away.

Accommodation is comprised of 8 bedrooms (with an optional 9th bedroom), all with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning units and large flat screen TVs with DVD players and cable TV. Bedroom suites are split over three levels, offering 6 king-size beds, 8 single (3.5') beds and 2 sets of single bunkbeds (two single 3.5' beds, one on top of the other), sleeping 2 people each. Therefore the villa comfortably accommodates 24 people.

As you enter the villa onto the middle level you will be instantly aware of the breathtaking sea view seen through the huge sliding doors that open up entirely from the main living room onto the spacious balcony and infinity edge swimming pool. The sizeable private 12 x 5 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a very spacious sun deck with sun beds, comfortable modern furniture and a large undercover dining table with seating for everyone. The second sun terrace on the upper balcony can be accessed by external spiral staircase.

Upstairs on the upper level you can enter three of the 9 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite, which has a king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom, comprising of bath, walk-in shower, two hand basins, vanity units and toilet. A spacious dressing area offers extensive wardrobe space and drawers, and a personal safe. The suite also offers it's own private living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. It has stunning sea views and leads to it's own private balcony with dining table for intimate dining or private breakfasts.

The second master suite is also located on this level, with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, with bath, shower and twin wash hand basins. The sliding doors from this bedroom again open onto a private balcony with views over the Andaman Sea. Located next to this bedroom is a twin bedrooms (two 3.5' single beds), with huge private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit with wash hand basin. Suitable for a couple, or for children that need to be close to their parents. Both bedrooms are complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV.

A spacious second living room is also found on this level, with sizeable sofa, 50" flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for comfortably relaxing at the end of the day. Furthermore, there is a dedicated office with a work desk for those who have to spend a little time working, made convenient with the high-speed WIFI connection and landline telephone.

As you return down the stairs to the middle level of the property, you will find yourself in the main living area, again with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player. This living area has access to the fitted Western-style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax whilst meals are being prepared.

Located on this level are two further king-size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms offering baths, walk-in showers and twin vanity units with wash hand basins. Each of these bedrooms has it's own balcony allowing the opportunity to make the very most of the exceptional seaviews.

Taking the stairs to the lower level brings you to the vast games room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax on, as well as games of pool, table tennis, darts or indoor basketball, to enjoy. Alternatively you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering your thoughts and looking out across the ocean.

This level of the villa also houses the remaining four bedrooms. Bedroom 6 includes a king-sized bed, along with two 3.5' twin beds. Bedroom 7 includes a king sized bed and one 3.5' twin bed. Bedroom 8 includes two 3.5' twin bed along with one set of single bunk beds (two 3.5' beds, one on top of the other, sleeping 2 people). Finally, bedroom 9 includes one twin 3.5' bed and one set of single bunk beds (two 3.5' beds, one on top of the other, sleeping 2 people). All of these downstairs bedrooms include a flat screen TV and private en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, bedroom 9 has access to the villa's laundry comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage areas.

Finally, the lower level boasts the unique Cinema Room, complete with 6 double reclining, lounger chairs, seating 12. This allows you to watch your choice of movie without leaving the comfort and luxury of the villa!

The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
