This deluxe family villa, set in the back corner of the private development, offers jungle and valley views in a tranquil environment. Comfortably accommodating large groups or 2 to 3 families looking for ideal indoor and outdoor living. It is the perfect escape to keep all ages relaxed and entertained.

This spacious 8 bedroom villa is complimented by a large sun terrace and landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun, leading to a large infinity edged pool and integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 12, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.

With great attention to detail, Coral Villa is tastefully furnished with a mixture of solid teak beds and rich wooden furniture, stylish poly rattan outdoor furniture and huge comfortable sofas, complimented by Thai silks and artwork throughout.

For entertainment, Coral Villa boasts a spacious games room with a large pool table, dart board and gym equipment and cloak room fitted with a toilet and wash basin.

Accommodation is comprised of 8 bedrooms, all en-suite with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-sized beds, 3 single beds (3.5'), 1 room with queen/single bunk bed, 1 queen size bed and 1 sofa bed therefore comfortably accommodating 19 people.

Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobes, and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Bedroom 2, also located upstairs, contains two full single beds and is ideal for young children who need to be closer to their parents at night.

The remaining 6 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedrooms 3, 4, 5 and 7 have king-sized beds, with bedroom 3 including an extra single bed (3.5'), large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace and access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 6 has a queen/single bunk bed (with a queen bed below and a single bed above, ideal for 3 guests) and an en-suite bathroom that is shared with bedroom 5. Bedroom 8 has a queen sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The entertaining games room is also located on the lower level of the villa.

Returning to upstairs, you will find the main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player (including a selection of movies) and satellite TV, as well as a bluetooth speaker system. Additionally, a private TV room with sofa bed is also located on the upper level. Moving outside you can relax, or dine at the 18-seater dining table, on the under-cover balcony while taking in the valley views.

The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.

Coral Villa also offers wireless internet access landline telephone for local calls, in order to keep in touch with the rest of the world.

The villa has it's own dedicated housekeeper to take care of all guests, cook and clean, to ensure your stay with us is as comfortable as possible. The exclusive development offers full support from our Guest Relations Manager, Tour Manager and maintenance team, should you require any assistance, or the villa any servicing. All staff members can be contacted at any time, or you can relax and enjoy an undisturbed holiday with total privacy if desired.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
