This luxury private pool villa is set in a quiet, secluded development of boutique villas located on the much coveted Soi Naya in Naiharn / Rawai, at the southern tip of Phuket island.
The beautiful Nai Harn beach is only a 2 minute drive from the villa. A full range of shops, restaurants and other facilities are nearby including 7-Eleven, Family mart, Thai and Italian restaurants, French and German bakeries, cafes, supermarkets including Tesco Lotus and Tops, Thai massage and sauna, Thai kick-boxing gyms, etc. The villa is also within ten minutes driving distance to attractions including Promthep Cape, Kata and Kata Noi beaches, Chalong pier, Chalong temple.
The villa interior is modern, clean and elegant, and beautifully furnished. The large open plan living / dining room features a vaulted ceiling, windows on 3 sides and view of the garden and pool. The living room has a 42 inch LED TV with cable TV channels and DVD player while the dining area seats six.
The western style kitchen is fully equipped and comes with an oven and dishwasher.
The villa offers two full double bedrooms plus one study area that could be used as a third bedroom for a single person or children. There are two spacious bathrooms with large shower areas.
All modcons. including air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, DVD, Bluetooth music player, TV, washing machine and safety deposit box.
The villa is approximately 500 sq meters in total size, including a 4m by 9m private swimming pool and a large garden, with access from all living and bedrooms onto the terraces and private pool.
The private covered car port is secured with an auto-gate.
Twice weekly maid, gardening, and pool service is included, as is 3BB high speed Wi-Fi.
Electricity is charged at 8 THB/unit.
Smoking is permitted outside.

The Phuket region
Phuket is Thailand's largest island and is located in southern Thailand, on the west-facing Andaman sea coastline.
Often described as 'the pearl of the orient', Phuket is mountainous and lush with tropical greenery, and is famous for its spectacular beaches with crystal clear waters and white sand. The famous Phi Phi islands are a short ferry ride away.
Phuket offers plenty of activities for all ages and interests, as well as great food and friendly people.
The Nai Harn area
Nai Harn is known as one of Phuket's most beautiful locations and is popular with in-the-know locals.
Nai Harn offers the perfect combination of tranquillity and convenience:
A number of white sandy beaches and snorkeling spots are nearby, including Nai Harn beach, Jungle beach, Kata Noi beach etc. The Yacht club and Phuket's southern most point, Promthep Cape, offer spectacular views by day and at sunset.
A variety of restaurants are nearby, including fresh seafood from the boats in Rawai, Italian pizzerias, French bakeries and of course many local Thai restaurants.
Boat trips to Koh Phi Phi and scuba diving leave from Chalong Bay, just 10 minutes drive. Kata and Karon beaches are 10-15 minutes drive for those who enjoy jet skiing, paragliding and windsurfing.
Other activities include massages, elephant trekking, muaythai kickboxing and gold courses.
The two main shopping areas in Phuket are Patong, 25 minutes away and Phuket town, 15 minutes.
In addition to the many 7-eleven, Family Mart and Tesco Lotus, Thai and international produce can be found easily at Villa Market at Chalong Circle, 10 minutes by car or scooter.
