About the home

Sapphire Villa is situated in a quiet secluded valley at the Southern tip of Phuket, less than 1 km from one of Phuket’s most beautiful beaches, Nai Harn beach.

The villa is built around an 8x4 metre infinity edged swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi. The pool is completely private and looks out on to the gardens and hillside view beyond. At one end of the pool is the sala, a covered outdoor dining area with gas BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. At the other end, outdoor sofas and sun loungers make perfect spots for relaxing by the pool.

Inside, Sapphire Villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak furniture and beautiful Chinese antiques mixing with Thai influenced art work and silks. The living room, two king bedrooms and the twin bedroom have patio doors leading straight out to the sun deck and swimming pool.

We welcome children of all ages. A swimming pool security fence can be erected to deter younger children from entering the pool unsupervised. We have cable TV and a selection of DVDs available for children and adults, a Wii with a selection of games; an iPod docking station and extended range wifi internet access throughout the villa.

During your stay you will be looked after by our full time maid who will take care of the housekeeping. She can prepare Western style breakfasts and Thai lunches (you will be responsible for the cost of ingredients). A cook can prepare an evening meal for you at a small additional charge.

Our Villa Manager lives around the corner from Sapphire Villa and is on hand to make sure you make the most out of your stay. Originally from England, Tracey has lived in Phuket for many years and she can help answer almost any questions you may have about the Villa, Nai Harn or Phuket, in order to make your holiday a great experience. She is a great source of local knowledge and is experienced in organizing trips and events and can provide as much, or as little, help as you require.


Sapphire Villa offers privacy and peace and quiet yet it is close to the golden sands and azure water of Nai Harn beach and other local attractions. There are many activities, shops, good grocery stores, bars and nightlife all within easy access, but you also have the opportunity to enjoy and relax in unspoilt Phuket!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped, complete with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee percolator, blender, sandwich maker, rice cooker and pretty much all other items required to accommodate your every need!

Booking conditions:
An initial deposit of 50% is required within seven days of confirmation of the reservation to guarantee a booking.
Full payment is due 30 days before guests’ arrival (except for last minute bookings, in which case the entire payment is required on confirmation of reservation).

The Nai Harn area

Nai Harn has a wide range of activities to keep guests of all ages entertained. Suggested activities locally include elephant trekking, monkey and snake shows, quad bike park, golf, fishing trips, boat hire, horse riding or Thai cookery classes. Phuket is a beautiful destination to explore marine life and has many world class dive sites. Diving excursions can be arranged through reputable dive companies, mainly located in Chalong a short 10 minute drive away.

Nai Harn is a spectacular pristine beach and is a perfect place to unwind, whether it be having a massage or sipping sun downers in one of the many restaurants overlooking the beach. It is an ideal spot for surfing at the end of the dry season and is an ideal secluded bay for mooring yachts. It is also possible to hire kayaks or take sailing lessons.

Excellent night life is not far away in the lively spots of Karon, Kata and Patong about 20 to 30 minutes away. There is an extensive range of both Thai and international restaurants locally. People flock from all over Phuket to enjoy sun downers at Promthep Cape, the southern most tip of the island, about a 5 minute drive from Sapphire Villa.

There are two major shopping malls in Phuket, Central festival is located in the centre of the island and Jungceylon in Patong. Both are large international shopping and entertainment centres with cinemas, restaurants, international and local shops

Many sporting enthusiasts come from all over the world to train at the Muay Thai camps locally. Lessons can be taken on a half day basis.

Golf
There are six golf courses in Phuket, ranging from a distance of 20 minutes to 1 hour away. There is a 9 hole golf course, located 10 minutes away from Sapphire Villa, which opened at the end of 2009.

Travel
Car rental or motor bike hire is recommended in order for you to get the most out of your visit to Phuket. We are happy to assist in making a booking for you if you wish.

“Absolutely sensational location and Villa was a breath of fresh air, Da our Maid was so beautiful!” We were looking for a location to use as a base as Elerin and I were getting married at the Katathani, I was surfing several sites and The Sapphire Villa was down on our short list. After careful consideration we chose Sapphire Villa and we were not disappointed. Patrick and Nicky were wonderful with the information they offered us and the tips for getting the best out of Nai Harn, we had 55 people staying in various locations around Phuket but we believe we had made the best choice by far, Da our housekeeper and chef was such a lovely and caring person, she made sure we enjoyed our stay 100%, I wanted to take her back to Australia with us, We liked the fact we could visit our Families in Karon and then go back to our beautiful paradise in Sapphire Villa and just chill out, we were 1km from Nai Harn Beach which I would rate as the most beatiful beach within all locations icluding Patong, Karon etc. I would highly recommend the Sapphire Villa as it has certainly changed how we will book accommodation in future. Thank you for such a fitting touch to a Beautiful wedding experience.

“Excellent vacation rental for a family” We had a wonderful time at Sapphire Villa. It's a lovely house that is well set up for a family, and it's close to the beach and amenities. The staff are very helpful, the pool and rooms are beautiful, and there are children's toys and movies for the little ones. Can't wait to return!
