Yoga Room
The fourth and final pagoda on the west wing of the home is known as the yoga practice room. Here you will find a soothing ambiance that is aimed to align your senses. With a large open space and wooden flooring encased by floor-to-ceiling windows, this area sparks the emotions as intended. The surround sound music system and a selection of melodic and meditation inspired tunes are aimed to compliment your yoga session. You couldn’t really ask for more.
Central to the pagodas is the infinity edge swimming pool and adjoining Jacuzzi garnished with concrete ornamental features to elevate the atmosphere. Surrounding the pool is a wooden deck and numerous seating areas in the shade and in the sun. Although the pool and Jacuzzi are stunning in their own right, the focal point of the garden is the Thai Sala with its concrete pillars and linen drapes that add a certain air of decadence. The way the sala appears to attract refreshing sea breezes makes this feature complete. The sala owns a glass table and comfortable seats that were ideally concocted for al fresco dining. There is nothing better than devouring a sumptuous breakfast while looking out over the glassy waters of the ocean.
Kitchen:
The western style kitchen adjoins the dining area, and is fully equipped with a host of appliances to ensure your holiday is as luxurious as possible. You will not have to visit the kitchen too much, as the onsite staff will cater entirely for your needs.
Living Room:
The main living pagoda is set over two floors, accessed by two dominating wooden doors that open up to a living space that combines a lounge and dining room rolled into one. The pristine wooden flooring, high quality chaise lounges and the wood/glass coffee table are elegant yet aesthetically pleasing.
Bedrooms:
The second floor of the main building is reserved for the master bedroom. The bedroom is fundamentally a suite with a four-post bed, wooden floors, a settee, desk, vaulted wooden ceilings and an en suite bathroom that is purer than Evian water. Within footsteps of the bedroom, you can access a spacious balcony with a stunning sunken bathtub and private massage bay. Imagine gazing out towards the ocean and enjoying the views of Koh Lon in the distance. The second pagoda beside the living area is home to another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom is also a suite, with a flat-screen TV and patio doors that open out towards the terrace and swimming pool. The third pagoda is set at a lower level to main living area and is home to three bedrooms. This is the largest building on the premises with two floors. Two bedrooms are positioned on the ground floor, whilst the third bedroom is situated on the second floor. All the bedrooms follow the same Villa Salika principles – wooden floors, vaulted ceilings, ensuite bathrooms, TVs, DVDs, satellite TV and relaxing environments. The two downstairs bedrooms have double beds and open onto a private garden and terrace separate from the main house. The upstairs bedroom owns two single beds and a quaint balcony with scenic views overlooking the lush vegetation of the garden and views out towards the bay.

There are six bathrooms in total, five of which are en suite, while the remaining one is used as a guest bathroom.

Terms and Conditions 2010
Booking deposit
A 15% booking deposit is required on receipt of confirmed availability, this is to be paid within 72 hours to guarantee your reservation, if payment is not received except by prior arrangement the company reserves the right to re-let the dates offered. The number of persons as listed on the booking detail for occupation is final, any extra persons found to be occupying the property will be charged for at a rate of 500 baht a day or asked to leave the premises.
Payment
Our payment terms are 15% deposit as above, 35% eight weeks prior to arrival with the remaining 50% due on arrival in the currency agreed. Deposit payments can be made by Visa/MasterCard or by Bank Transfer, the remaining payment must be paid in cash. If the client wishes to pay the balance by Credit/MasterCard a 3.5% charge to cover merchant costs will be applied.
Security deposit
We take a security deposit dependant on the Villa, these will vary from 5000 up to 3 bedrooms, 10,000 for 4/5 bedrooms and 15000 for 6 bedroom+. Any damage must be notified to the owners immediately and rectified/paid for prior to departure.
Cancellation by the guest.
It is understood that cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances occur from time to time. Please ensure you have adequate insurance cover for this eventuality.
Our refund policy is as follows:
15% deposit No Refund
56 to 62 days 75% of monies paid excepting deposit
42 to 55 days 50% of monies paid excepting deposit
35 to 41 days 25% of monies paid excepting deposit
28 to 34 days 10% of monies paid excepting deposit
27 days or less no refund can be applied.
Again please ensure you have adequate travel insurance cover.
Cancellation by Thailand Holiday Homes
It is extremely unlikely this would ever be the case due to the number of properties we own/manage, however, we reserve the right to find you alternative accommodation similar to that booked or refund all monies paid. We can not accept any further liability other than the above, please ensure you have adequate insurance.
Personal Safety
The owners can not accept any liability or any claim what so-ever of any nature in or outside of the property arising from any incident. Guests are requested to take care and ensure when out or asleep all windows and doors are securely shut. Anyone caught jumping out of the windows into the pools will be asked to vacate their property immediately.
Pets
No pets are allowed into the properties, any pets found in the properties the Guest will be charged for a full clean.
Smoking
Please consider our non smoking guests and smoke outside the property, ash trays are provided.
Daily maid service
Daily maid service is included in the price except Palm Grove Pool Villas where there is a charge of THB 700 per time inclusive of change of linen and towels, bookable and to be paid at reception, daily maid service is provided for cleaning. Daily maid service in all other Villas includes the daily cleaning of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 baht per towel per day. Damaged or un-cleanable soiled sheets will be charges at THB 2000 per set. Beach towels are not provided these can be purchased locally at very reasonable prices if required.
Water & Electricity
All prices include a daily allowance for water and electricity charges of 57 units. Therefore your allowance based on average use of 2000 baht per week is ample (400 units). If this amount is exceeded we charge 7 baht per unit. Some properties are much larger than others, please monitor your usage.
On some ‘high end’ villas services are inclusive this will be stated on your booking details.
Please do not use the air conditioning unnecessarily and switch off when going out!
Cars
A free car with full insurance will be provided on all bookings where specified on our websites and booking form, this is primarily our Jomtien and Pattaya villas.
Cars will only be provided on bookings of 7 nights or more.
The vehicle provided will normally be a 4 door crewcab but the company reserves the right to offer any make of four door car at their discretion. When a car is offered a 5000 baht insurance excess deposit is required refundable in the event of no damage to the vehicle however caused.
Punctures will be repaired and paid by the company – kerbing and damaged wheels will not.
In the event of a car not being required a THB 600.00 reduction can be made from the list price.
Liability
The owners or their agents can not accept any liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects however caused.We strongly recommend our guests to take out insurance to cover this.
Force Majeure
The owners or their agents can not accept, or be responsible for any liable loss, damage or changes caused by force Majeure for example. strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions or any such event beyond our control.
Swimming pool
Many properties have a private pool and the Village offers the use of a communal pool. We can not accept any liability for any injury caused as a result of the use of the pools. Please take care and ensure all children are supervised at all times.

Surcharges
We reserve the right when offering bookings of 3 nights or less to make an additional charge of 15% to cover extra costs.
Problems or complaints
All our properties are inspected daily and it is unlikely that you should experience any problems, however, in the event of any such problem please notify the management or staff as soon as possible. We will endeavor to rectify the problem immediately during normal working hours or the next working day. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for malfunction of air conditioners, TV’s appliances, pool equipment or any electronic or mechanical items.
Please note that Thailand is a tropical country and insects and small creature are inevitable and beyond our control. Please ensure on completion of cooking all waste foods are disposed of and work surfaces are cleaned to ensure this is kept to a minimum.
Check in / out times.
Our check in times are after 1300hrs – check out by 1100hrs please abide by these times to avoid disappointment to following customers as the property needs to be fully cleaned and linen changed. These times must be strictly adhered to unless agreed in writing by prior arrangement. Meter readings will be read and the property checked before departure, please settle your account if any before departing.
Late checkouts will be charged at THB 250.00 per hour or part thereof.
Late checkouts are not available on any bookings where there is an afternoon arrival on the same day of your departure.
General
We wish you to have a great time during your holiday, please be aware your home is located on a private residential development, please take care to respect noise levels after 10pm and do not use the communal pool.

The Phuket region
Phuket, which is approximately the size of Singapore, is Thailand’s largest island. The island is connected to mainland Thailand by a bridge. It is situated off the west coast of Thailand in the Andaman Sea. Phuket formerly derived its wealth from tin and rubber, and enjoyed a rich and colorful history. The island was on one of the major trading routes between India and China, and was frequently mentioned in foreign ship logs of Portuguese, French, Dutch and English traders. The region now derives much of its income from tourism.
The Nai Harn area
The location of the property is situated in the scenic heart of Nai Harn, surrounded by stunning mountain and jungle views. Nai harn Beach is lauded as Phuket’s best sandy pit and enjoys great shelter. You can reach the beach in a 3 minute walk or a 10 minute drive. The villa is ideally located on the southwestern coast of Phuket, and within 20 minutes, you can reach other destinations such as Rawai, Chalong, Kata, Kata Noi and Karon.
Attractions such as Chalong Temple, Big Buddha and Phukana Golf Club are also within a 15 minute drive. Just a five minute walk away from the property and you will find Nai Harn village, which is home to bars, shops and a wide choice of international and Thai restaurants. Nai Harn is an exclusive location where people can enjoy a peaceful holiday within close proximity to many local facilities and amenities.
