About the home

A Luxury Thai-Balinese style private pool villa along the much coveted Soi Naya and just 5 minutes drive from the beautiful secluded Nai Harn beach. The interior boasts a blend of modern design by local Thai artists using SE Asian materials. The open plan living / dining room offers cool marble floors and a fully equipped kitchen. All modcons. including air-conditioning, WiFi, DVD, CD player and TV.

Both bedrooms have makka wood floors and private bathrooms. The master bedroom leads to an en-suite spa bathroom and walk-in closet.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with access from all living and bedrooms onto the terraces and private pool. To the rear, a sun-dappled bamboo Zen garden offers a cool retreat from the sun. The car port has space for two cars and secured with an auto-gate.

In a quiet back road and yet within walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops such as a German Bakery, traditional Thai and Italian, Tesco Lotus and local fruit stalls.

The Phuket region

Phuket is Thailand's largest island located in the saphire blue Andaman Sea and often described as 'the pearl of the orient'. Mountainous and lush with tropical greenery, Phuket boasts some spectacular beaches with crystal clear waters and white sand, activities for all ages and interests, great food and friendly people.

The Nai Harn area

Nai Harn is the perfect location for tranquility and easy access to Phuket's activities. Close to the white sands and perfect snorkeling at Nai Harn beach. You can view sunsets from the Yacht club or Phuket's favourite viewpoint, Promthep Cape is just 10 minutes drive away.

Enjoy fresh fish from the boats in Rawai or eat at one of the local restaurants. Boat trips to Koh Phi Phi and scuba diving leave from Chalong Bay, just 10 minutes drive. Kata and Karon beaches are 15 minutes drive for those who enjoy jet skiing, paragliding and windsurfing. A wide choice of spas or massage at your villa is available, elephant trekking and golf courses are all within easy reach.

The two main shopping areas are Patong, 25 minutes away and Phuket town, 15 minutes. Thai and international produce can be found easily at Villa Market at Chalong Circle, 15 minutes by car.

Regular flights from all of the world to Bangkok, Singapore or Kuala Lumpur and then onward flights to Phuket. Thai Airways have convenient flights to meet the times of flights to and from Europe and other Asia. Also, Bangkok Air and Air Asia have discount flights several times a day from Bangkok. Direct flights to Phuket from Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Russia.

“Quiet, well appointed, get-a-way, villa.” We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The villa was very private, close to beaches, restaurants, and everything you could need. Sue the manager helped us rent a car (had it delivered directly to the villa) and we really enjoyed our 8 day stay. The pool was very relaxing and we wanted for nothing. We have already reco'd this villa to three different families as it is a perfect place to call home while on vacation.

“Excellent villa rental choice in Phuket!” We stayed at Villa Julah for one month during June and July 2012. The villa itself is exactly as advertised; spacious, well furnished and of a general high quality. The pool is surprisingly large and perfect the lazy afternoons in the sunshine and the gated carport adds for a little extra security and peace of mind during your stay. The villa is a very quite location which, although a great benefit in our opinion, does mean that vehicle hire is essential. Suzanne can help you arrange this or you can, as we did, organise it personally through many of the agents located at the airport. The process of booking, deposit payment and check in was relatively smooth. Suzanne is very efficient and personable, as is Cho the housekeep and Sue the local agent based in Phuket. All round - a very very highly recommended villa. We hope to stay again!

“Lovely villa in a fantastic location” Lovely villa with beautiful pool and ultra comfy king bed! Only 3 kms to the best beach, so was perfect for us as we hired a scooter for the week. Kitchen well equipped and service staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for couples who want to relax!

“Beautiful villa with excellent pool” Stayed at Villa Julah for 12 days in Feb 2012 with a young family. Really liked the villa - done out in a high quality contemporary Asian style and the pool and gardens were great. The pool and gardens were very private and well maintained and the standards inside were equally good, particularly the ensuite bathroom. Good for children as plenty of space inside to play and the pool is good for them to cool down. We had hired a car which worked well. Driving around takes a little bit of getting used to but is fine and gives you a lot of freedom. Villa Julah is a bit out of the village which is walking distance but hot in the sun and anyway the car gives much more independence. We loved Nai Harn beach - one of the best beaches in Phuket - so overall we liked the location. The only issue we had was that one of the air conditioning units had broken before we arrived and wasn't fixed during the whole of our stay, apparently they needed a new part which had to be ordered so to some extent you have to expect these things but it contrasts with the excellence elsewhere. Also, be aware that the electricity bill is significant (about £80 over 12 days) due to the air-con and so you need to factor this in.

“Excellent” We travelled here in November 2011 in a group of 4 people and we had an amazing time. The villa is in great condition. Suzanne the owner was also very easy to deal with. The location was also perfect. Sue Ann the villa manager and Cho the housekeeper were very warm and friendly as well. We got to the villa at 8 pm and it was very nice that thinking that we had got in late basic food items had been provided in the villa. It just started our vacation on a very positive note. Also the cleaning and pool maintenance take place like clockwork and no reminders were needed. Nai Harn where the villa is located is at the southern end of Phuket and is a quiet area. The best part is it is only a 10 minute drive to busier Kata which we found was the best place to hang out through the day. And 25-30 min drive to the very busy and commercial Patong which is great to go for if you want to see the nightlife in Phuket. The villa also has a few very good restaurants closely and I recommend Da Vinci for Italian which was very very good. If you do stay here I recommend hiring a car or scooter to get around. Overall it was excellent villa for its price and location because you are in a quiet area when you want that and very close to busy ones should you want that. I completely recommend this villa. You will have a great time here.
