This luxury Thai-Balinese style villa is situated in the exclusive south of Phuket minutes from the famous Nai Harn and Raiwai beaches and amongst the stunning backdrop of Promthep Cape which is less than 10 minutes away. The villa features traditional Thai elements with a modern touch incorporating two master bedroom suites each with king size beds and designer bathrooms.

The villa also has a private infinity edge pool with surrounding terraces, BBQ area and garden complete with dining table and sun beds. The living area is open plan with a feeling and sense of space and the kitchen is fully equipped with a fully stocked fridge on arrival complimentary. The villa also has international satellite television, DVD player, books, games and wireless high speed internet throughout the house and garden. The villa has a driveway and secure parking for one car with an automatic gate and is fully walled for your privacy.

The villa boasts two Master bedroom suites whilst bedroom one features a four poster king size bed and walk in wardrobe with teak flooring and direct pool access. The en suite bathroom for this bedroom features a 2 person jacuzzi and walk in rain shower with marble vanity. The second bedroom is almost 7 meters in length with a writing area and built in teak wardrobes and teak flooring with adjacent en suite bathroom featuring a rain shower. Both have luxury linens provided.

The living and dining room are open plan and features a teak and bamboo dining table for 6 guests with the living area featuring an LCD TV, DVD player, books, games and a comfortable sofa and seating. This area also has direct access to the pool.

Wireless high speed internet is available throughout the villa and in the garden and a Thai mobile phone is provided with credit for you to make local phone calls.

The villa's garden features a private infinity edge swimming pool and is surrounded by a large terrace on two sides complete with sun beds and a dining table and chairs with adjacent BBQ area. The garden is fully landscaped with tropical plants and features a lawn area. The villa also has a secure and covered parking space for one car accessible through a remote control gate. the garden and villa is surrounded by a two meter high wall for privacy and security. The pool will be cleaned and serviced twice a week and the gardener will attend 3 times per week.

The villa is equipped with luxury towels, linens and beddings and these will be changed frequently during your stay. For weekly bookings the maid will come 3 times per week to clean your villa and assist you. The maid can come more frequently if required.

The villa is suitable for children with the security that the garden is fully enclosed and surrounded by a high wall. The property is fully air conditioned with a regular maid service to assist you. Breakfast can be supplied and cooked for you in the Villa on a daily basis at additional cost and a mobile phone will be given to you for the duration of your stay topped up with credit to make calls within Thailand.

Conditions

A deposit is due to reserve your booking of 50% with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer or by Visa and Mastercard in Euro, GBP, AUD or USD.

The Phuket region

Phuket is the biggest island in Thailand, located in the Andaman Sea of southern Thailand. The island is mostly mountainous with a mountain range in the west of the island from the north to the south. It is estimated that Phuket has a total area of approximately 570 square kilometers (including the provinces other islands). The main island’s total length, from north to south, is about at 50 kilometers and approximately 20 kilometres wide.

Forest, rubber and palm oil plantations cover 60% of the island. The western coast has several sandy beaches, while on the east coast beaches are more often muddy. Near the southernmost point is Laem Promthep (Brahma's Cape), which is a popular sunset viewing point.

The Phuket International Airport is located in the north of the island. There are many scheduled flights and chartered flights from domestics and other countries in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America landing in Phuket.

The Nai Harn area

Nai Harn is located near the south-western tip of Phuket, a few minutes from the local beautiful sandy beach, the lighthouse at Phrom Thep Cape from which you can see lovely sunsets across the Andaman Sea, the Phuket Sea Shell museum at Rawai, and a wide range of great eating places serving both Thai and Western food. Boat trips to visit the surrounding islands or for scuba diving, snorkelling or sea-fishing can be arranged at the nearby Rawai beach or Chalong pier both within 10 minutes.

Apart from the stunning beaches and tropical scenery all along the west coast of Phuket, within 10-15 minutes' drive there are many opportunities for water sports, elephant trekking; within 30-45 minutes' drive there are 6 golf courses, the Fantasia theme park (a must for the elephant show) near Kamala, Phuket Zoo, the Butterfly Park and Aquarium, multiplex cinemas and many shopping opportunities.

Bustling Patong is situated 25 minutes away and Phuket Town is 10 minutes away.

“Great villa kids loved it” Stayed at the villa for 8 nights. Area had a good local feel almost like a village. Plenty of room for the 5 of us - 2 adults and 3 xhildren. Local staff who serviced the villa were very friendly.... more
