The lounge and bedroom have balconies & there is a private roof terrace with sun loungers, table & chairs, sofa, coffee table & BBQ. A perfect place for private sunbathing or relaxing with a glass of wine watching the sun set over the mountains in the evening. The large shared pool has a swim up bar and plenty of sunbathing areas with sun loungers & parasols. There are shops and restaurants on site with more a short walk away. There is access to a shared beach with a small daily charge for use of sunbeds & parasols. The beach offers safe bathing and has jetties out to a drop off for great snorkelling and diving.
We are flexible with arrival / departure days, length of stay and there are no problems with late check out (to fit in with other arrivals).
The Red Sea and Sinai region
This is an ideal base for lazing by the pool or on the beach, snorkeling or scuba diving in the Red Sea, riding horses, camels or 4x4s in the desert or playing a round of golf. A short flight takes you to Cairo to see the Pyramids & the Sphinx, Luxor for the Valley of the Kings & Karnack Temple or Petra in Jordan for the Rose City where Indiana Jones was filmed. It really is possible to do as little or as much as you like.
You have year round sunshine & next to no rainfall. The beachs are great and the snorkeling & scuba diving is second to none. Even for non swimmers you can walk to the end of a jetty over the sea & see wonderful, brightly cloloured fish without even getting your feet wet!
The property is well situated with shops, bars and restarants nearby. There is a great supermarket "Ragabs" a short walk away where you can stock up and they'll even deliver your shopping for you & "Metro" a little further. As well as restaurant / bar on site there are plenty of restaurants in Nabq Bay within a short walk. There is theJasmine Centre area with local restaurants and show. In the “Al Khan” area of Nabq Bay there is the Peking Restaurant & Onions Restaurant both of which are very good (Onions – Lobster Thermidor for about £15 – small lobster but great value!) and just past this is La Strada Mall. At Al Khan / La Strada there are a selection of local bars & restaurants as well as well know international brands such as McDonalds, KFC, TGI Friday, Burger King & Starbucks. The Hard Rock Cafe is now also open. Peking, Onions & many of these restaurants do take away / home delivery & there are a variety of menus with phone numbers in the apartment.
It is worth a taxi ride to Naama Bay for a lively night out with an abundance of bars, restaurants & clubs. It is also worth a taxi ride to Soho Square where there is a good selection of upmarket bars, restaurants & shops. There's even an ice rink & ice bar!

"Fabulous apartment in a brilliant location!"
Stayed in this apartment in May and it is absolutely lovely, i couldn't fault it. Furnished to a high standard and very clean it was ideal for our stay. The pool area was fab and if you didnt fancy sunbathing down there the private roof terrace is great too! Lee, the owner, is really friendly and ready to answer any questions you have and Stuart and Terry who manage the apartment are very lovely as well. The apartment is in a nice, quiet and convenient location close enough to the bars, restaurants and shops to walk to but far enough away to not even realise they're closeby. I will definitely be staying here again!

"Nice Apartment with the best of both world"
firstly the owner Lee is very thorough and professional to deal with, giving quick responses to emails. He is helpful every step of the way making the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. The flat is a decent size and had a great pool view. The bonus is the roof patio area, which is great if you like sunbathing! The pool area is very quiet, so if it's tranquility you want then this is the place for you. If you want a bit of fun with poolside entertainment and water slides then you can use the adjoining hotel facilities. The beach is a ten minute walk, it has an excellent reef for snorkelling. There are several bars, restaurants and super markets all within a short stroll from the complex. All in all, great value and I would certainly recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to sample the delights of self catering in Sharm.

"Fantastic First Time in Sharm"
From pick-up to drop-off, everything was fantastic about this rental. The apartment had everything we needed, and the sun baked rooftop terrace was just what we needed after a gloomy Irish winter. We loved the locality to the shops,supermarkets, and local bars so much that we've already booked the apartment again for November.

Lee the owner is one of the nicest & responsive owners we have had the pleasure to book through. He even arranged for mothers day flowers to be delivered from my daughter. Stuart & Tina, the Sharm contacts were extremely helpful & a wealth of information. Lee organised the airport transfers, which I would highly recommend. Sadly we wanted wifi on holiday and this was also arranged by Lee. The apartment is well equipped, and ideally located for shops, bars & beach. There is a nice public beach 10 min walk away with a great snack bar, you can use their sunbeds & also hire beach towels £1 per towel if you don't fancy carrying too much. There are beach towels in the apartment, the pool is massive & spotless, we felt like it was our own private pool while we were there. If you don't fancy the pool there is a lovely private roof terrace, with sunbeds, table & chairs. I would highly recommend this apartment. Many thanks to Lee for such a smooth, hassle free booking process from start to finish.

This was the first time that I had booked an apartment direct. I must confess to having felt a bit apprehensive as the site that I booked through has had some bad press. I need not have worried. Lee (the apartment owner) communicated with me very quickly, providing all of the information that I needed and much more. I booked transfers from the airport to the apartment with him and Stuart & Tina who met with me at the airport at the agreed time, helped to explain about water and electricity meters. The apartment was clean, close to all amenities and well furnished. Hot water was plentiful, the private terrace was an added bonus and the kitchen was equipped with all that you would need to make breakfast and the odd lunch. Straightforward, easy process from beginning to end. Comfortable apartment and will book again.
Thank you for your review & I'm pleased you had a good holiday. I know for many people booking direct with an owner can seem a bit daunting but am glad you found the process easy. I try to put myself in the guest's shoes by thinking of all the things I'd like to know myself & pre-empt any questions. from booking to travel was no problem tweeking dates and times no problem lee the owner was very good and prompt with any enquires pick up service was spot on.... Apartment was well placed well stocked fresh sheets and towels everything you could need the roof top terrace was lovely and breezy and quite and the pool area was never busy most i counted was 5 people in the huge pool ... and we went for a nite of late night dark swimming ...lovely and warm have already booked for next year nabq area is very friendly used a new bit of beach direct across the road long dust track .... soon to be shops etc english guy and wife run it very nice beach side bar etc free towels sunbeds .... lovely staff lovely food ...all in all perfect thanks to everyone see ya next year xxxxx

A lovely week spent in the apartment everything you could want and need , perfect location the owner lee is great constant messages to keep you informed or updated with anything , pool was quiet and very relaxing overall a fantastic holiday and will certainly be staying here again

"Easy, convenient, and what a pool!"
The apartment owner made the whole process really easy and stress free, was quick to communicate when booking, answered all our questions and was really informative. They gave us a guest information guide packed with information and recommendations from supermarkets to restaurants to beaches and excursions, which was really useful in planning our week to make sure we made the most of our week. They also organised portable wifi for us for just £25 for the week, and an English contact to meet and greet us at the airport, and drop us back for our flight home at the end of the week. That was great as she settled us into the apartment and was available for any questions throughout our stay. The apartment itself is roomy, comfortable, has use of a great (huge) quiet pool which is cleaned every day. There is also 2 balconies and a large private roof terrace if you can bear the heat! The owners have tried to think of everything you might want, so there. Is a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, good selection of books, scrabble board, washing machine and microwave, and very efficient air conditioning system in both the main living area and the bedroom.

"Good value apartment"
This self catering apartment is good value. It is one-bedroomed with a separate lounge/kitchen with TV which includes some US/UK channels with news and films - no mainstream UK channels. We hired portable WIFI (£3/day) which was 100% reliable all arranged by Lee who owns the apartment. We were picked up from the airport as arranged and all went smoothly. There is a private roof terrace which I imagine is boiling in Summer but there will be more of a breeze up there. In January you will be warmer by the pool. Some people would be terrified at the thought of self-catering in Sharm, but the only hassle is from the shopkeepers who will literally cross the road to get to you, so just hail one of the local taxis or better still the little blue private minibuses for 1 egyptian pound (10p) to get to where you are going. Just shout STOP when you want to get off. Its an experience but funny. The locals working in bars are very friendly and we spent most evenings in the Union Jack pub just outside the complex. We also eat there during the day and several evenings. We also went to the Three Crowns which has a more varied menu (the Vindaloo was superb as were the fillet steaks) and twice went to Peking restaurant down the road. The pool at the apartment is huge, very clean, but very cold in January. An English couple we met said its nice and warm by mid-April. If you want peace and quiet during the day then this is the place for you - there is literally nobody around the huge pool at all. The weather was superb - 30 centigrade every day but you lose the sun by 4.30 pm, my advice would be to get up earlier than normal on holiday - Egypt needs to be 4 hours ahead of GMT not 2 hours in my opinion. When they say 'partly cloudy' on the forecast, that equates to aeroplane trails in the sky - the weather is far more reliable than say Tenerife at this time of year. Sharm is struggling at the mo as people are not travelling to Egypt, and the vast majority who do travel never leave their All-inc hotels which is a shame, but there is absolutely no trouble here at all. The area needs some TLC as a whole, apart from Soho Square which is worth a visit, but the weather makes up for that. Oh and the snorkelling is amazing, I cannot do it justice with words, just go and do it!!

The great thing about Sharm is you are pretty much guaranteed good weather all year round, albeit the pool & sea are colder at the start of the year compared to later in the year. You are right it is a shame that people are not travelling to Sharm as much recently & when they do go they don't venture out of their all inclusive hotels to see the relaxed, friendly & safe place that it is with a good selection of places to eat & drink. The food in restaurants is much better than some of the bland all inclusive hotel food on offer! Sharm is a world away from any trouble in other parts of Egypt & does just have a relaxed holiday feel about it. There are very few places such a short flight away at a reasonable price where you can get excellent snorkelling & diving & guaranteed sun! We hope you'll come back & stay with us again.

"Great apartment in a great location"
We spent a very enjoyable month at this apartment. It was very clean and had a very comprehensive inventory, the owner obviously puts a lot of effort into making sure his guests are well looked after. There was a guest folder with lots of helpful information and a book with previous guests comments and tips. The location in Nabq, Sharm is perfect with plenty of restaurants and bars and a brilliant supermarket right on the doorstep. The pool area is kept immaculate and we were able to use the facilities of the hotel next door where they had great pool slides. We were also allowed to use the wifi free. The TV had several English speaking film channels. The only problem we had was the time went too fast!
