Luxury Spanish villa with pool was built in 2003 and has landscaped gardens with plenty of room for children and adults to sunbathe or BBQ on three patio areas, grass lawns, large swimming pool with child’s area. The luxury Spanish villa with pool has full air conditioning to all rooms, satellite TV with all English channels and including premium channels. The Spanish villa with pool is fully furnished with tasteful furniture. and is close to beaches and golf courses.. The luxury villa with pool has three bedrooms and two bathrooms both with showers and baths. Villa Alicante villa is close to beaches and restaurants. We provide a maid service including all linen and a key hand over service, we can also provide a pick up service from either Alicante airport or San Javier, Murcia. We would recommend car hire to explore the many fantastic beaches and activities around the area and we can have a car delivered to the door or available at the airport please call for details.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

Murcia is a wonderful area of Spain with great beaches and so much more..It is the garden of Europe and most of the vegetables and fruit you buy at home comes from this area. The climate is very mild in winter and hot in summer sometimes reaching to 40 degrees in the heat of summer. There is lots to see and do like visiting the Palm village of Elche and the curates garden is well worth a visit. The beaches are mostly blue flag standard with beach huts to eat and drink. La Manga and its beaches are top of the list to visit with very shallow enclosed waters with higher water temperatures and very safe for children. You can take boat trips from here to visit the islands offshore and try some snorkling. If golf is your thing you will not be disappointed here with one course just 2 mins away from the villa. Further afield you can drive to Granada and visit the moorish Alhambra palace with amazing views.

Murcia area

The luxury villa with pool is a short drive away from La Manga and Torrevieja and about 40 minutes fro Alicante. We have easy access from both San Javier (Murcia) and Alicante airports served by most major airlines including Ryanair, Flybe and Easyjet. Car hire is very cheap in the area around £75 per week for a small car we would recommend booking through car jet. We have a good Spanish shopping town at Pilar where you will find all facilities, or you can drive to the beautiful city of Murcia with its wonderful architecture and cathedral. Should you play golf you will have an unrivalled choice of golf courses including Lo Romero only 1 minute away, La Manga club, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Campoamor, Roda and many more. If you prefer water sports and the beach, you will not be disappointed with numerous beautiful blue flag beaches, sailing and water sports available. How to get there

Ryanair, Easyjet, BMI, Jet2 and may more carriers fly into San Javier Murcia airport which is superbly located within 15 minutes drive from the property. There are also many car hire firms but we would recommend going to Carjets website which seems to be the cheapest. You can also fly into Alicante which is a 40 minute drive and other carriers fly there including Monarch, British airways, Easyjet, Ryanair amongst a few.

The villa has several areas to sunbathe including a wonderful enclosed patio area to the rear to enjoy al fresco meals in the late sunshine. The garden also has a grassed area for the children to play and a BBQ. The upstairs roof terrace has views to the coast and space to sunbathe or enjoy a late drink and is linked via patio doors to the master bedroom. The swimming pool is fantastic and enclosed with landscaped gardens ,it also has a children's pool. Although the pool is shared between several villas it is not communal to the public and has locked access. The pool is situated behind the house so is very close. We have had many comments about the pool area from previous renters who thought it was fantastic.

We have an English speaking representative who will meet you on arrival and will be happy to answer any questions you may have and give you information on the local area. We will also provide a welcome pack on arrival and can arrange car hire or transfers from airports on request.

Conditions

All bookings will be subject to a laundry and cleaning charge of 65 euros a linen change mid stay on longer bookings is available at a cost of 35 euros.

We do not accept smoking in the villa but we do allow smoking on the patio areas.

The Pool area is unsupervised so please keep this in mind should you have children staying with you.

The property has a maid service and a cleaning and laundry charge will apply to all bookings of 55 euros per booking. If a midweek linen change is required during longer stays the charge will be 30 euros.An airport transfer service is available at a cost of 45 Euros from San Javier Murcia airport and 75 euros from Alicante.

Payments can be made by bank transfer in euros or sterling or by cheque. A deposit payment is required to reserve the property on booking of £150 or sterling equivalent and full payment to be received 6 weeks prior to arrival.

Thanks for a great holiday... lots to do and fantastic pool which we spent most of the time in as it was 30 degrees. The villa was superb to and Annette gave us all the information we needed to explore further. Will be booking again. Tim and Lisa Green (Norfolk).

Took the kids and grand parents in July 2008 weather was very hot so the superb pool area was just what we needed. The garden was great at the villa with places for the kids to play and for us to sunbathe. Most of the other villas around had stones in the garden for easy maintenance, our villa had a lawn and the rest was beautiful palms and fruit trees. Would go back again just to eat at Rebate restaurant the steaks were so good. John and wendy( Devon).
