Mosa Trajectum is a prime destination for golfers, with its 27 hole championship golf course, plus a par 3 Challenge Course, running through striking landscape with plenty of water features, rock formations, cacti and other plants. Within Mosa Trajectum is a 300 year old Parador which is now a hotel with high quality open air restaurant and beautiful dining facilities.
The apartment has a very modern yet Mediterranean feel, with stylish leather sofas, deep red kitchen with black granite worksurfaces, tiled throughout. It is located in a small community within the resort, with its own garden overlooking a huge communal pool. Sleeps 4 comfortably, with 2 twin rooms, an en suite jacuzzi bathroom plus large shower room, and all amenities.
The historic city of Murcia is only 10-15 mins away; the beautiful beaches of the Costa Calida are within 15-20 mins drive.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The Murcia area in Costa Calida enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year, with the additional benefit of being declared as the cleanest and least polluted area of Spain by the WHO.
The Costa Calida coast is just a 15-minute drive from Mosa Trajectum, west on the C3319 highway outside the resort. San Javier town is the first town reached when driving to the beach and the adjacent Santiago la Ribera is a small village which hosts a pleasant beach and some nice small restaurants. The beach is actually on the Mar Menor, not the Med. The Mar Menor (Lesser Sea) is a very still lagoon, extending from the lovely fishing village of Cabo de Balos.
Very close is the well-known La Manga strip - 10km long and hosting many holiday apartments and restaurants. The strip is full of spas, as the waters of the Mar Menor have recuperative properties, their rich mineral content working magic on tired bones, arthritis and rheumatism. A cleansing volcanic clay is found on the lake’s shores and at the northern end, the San Pedro del Pinatar salt works nature reserve is full of migrating flamingos.
Murcia City is just 15 minutes away, and Cartagena is just 25 minutes south. Both provide an excellent day out for both sight seeing and shopping. Murcia has very large department stores as well as smaller boutiques and restaurants to enjoy. There are many squares and piazzas to explore, including the piazza at the English Cathedral which hosts the best chocolate shop imaginable. Cartagena is a Spanish naval town, again with a wide selection of shops and restaurants to try.
Inland, the Sierra Espuna natural park is 40 minutes’ drive south-west from Murcia. Walkers and climbers enjoy hundreds of square miles of pine-clad highlands and limestone canyons.
Murcia / Mosa Trajectum area
For golfers, Mosa Trajectum has the Stone, Olive and Pine Courses, which together make the 27 hole championship course which provides plenty of challenge and interest. In addition, Mosa has a further par 3 Challenge Course within the resort.
The Club House adjoining the hotel is spectacular and a beautiful spot to relax after the golf or just visit.
Commercial activity is now increasing on this relatively new resort, with a well established bar becoming a focal point for visitors and residents alike.
