The living area has a professionally fitted kitchen with all labour saving equipment. Downstairs is open plan leading straight out patio doors to the pool and terrace.
The whole villa is light, spacious and modern. Ideal for families, couples and golfers with most home comforts supplied including a large number of books, CDs, DVDs, and satellite TV. Restaurant, golf, playground, tennis and paddle courts are 5 min walk from the front door.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The region boasts 274 km of endless white sandy beaches and 2 different seas - the Med and the Mar Menor. The closest beaches are approximately 20 minutes drive bringing you to the Mar Menor a large inland sea where there is a vast array of water sports, beautiful boats, yachts and places to eat and drink. A 40 minute drive brings you to the renowned beach of Calblanque which is spectacular with its golden sand backed by a nature reserve.
Murcia / Mosa Trajectum area
Golf - Mosa Trajectum has a 27 hole championship course (stone, olive and pine course) as well as a par 3 challenge course, putting practice and driving range. The green fees for 2007 are as follows (NB: amounts in Euros): challenge course 30 (junior 21.00), Championship Courses: 9 holes 45 (junior 32.00), 18 holes 80 (junior 56), 27 holes 110. Buggies and wheels are available for hire. For those wishing to play on a variety of courses there are many in the area such as Torrepacheco, Hacienda del Alamo, Altorreal, Ria de Vigo, La Finca and the famous La Manga within 30 mins.
Skiing - The Sierra Nevada Ski area is only a 2 hour drive.
How to get there
Travel The closest airports are:Murcia (San Javier) - approx 20 mins by car. Alicante - approx 50 mins by car. Try easyjet, ryannair, bmi baby and monarch for flights. Car hire is essential for full enjoyment of holiday but is not expensive at approx £10 Per day + fuel.

Further details indoors: The villa is air-conditioned/heated, Children are most welcome with a variety of games/books/CDs and DVDs supplied for their enjoyment. Bedrooms: 3 bedrooms sleeps max of 6. All bedrooms have air-con/heating and remote controlled 3-speed fans with lights. Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms - both have a WC, a bath with a shower. Kitchen: Dishwasher, oven with grill, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, blender and coffee percolator. Utility Room: Sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes rack and iron Living Rooms: Living area has coffee tables, 2 leather sofas, table lamps, TV with sky (inc. sky sports), CD, DVD, radio. Dining area has modern table and 6 high back chairs. Other: Also supplied - iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils. Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: All bathroom towels, sheets, blankets and duvets are included. Before and after each letting the villa is professionally cleaned and the towels and linen professionally laundered. Additional cleaning/laundry can be arranged for an additional fee.
Further details outdoors: Plus a variety of ducks on the lake to watch and feed - these have proved very popular! Outside The villa has a 8m x 4m private pool (maintained weekly) and stands in a walled garden with a terrace by the pool. There is an outdoor shower for use before and after entering the pool. Sunbeds, table and chairs and BBQ are provided. Secure parking for 2 cars. The villa also has a tented gazebo area with seating for 6 which stands on decking.
Conditions
Booking notes A booking form, terms and conditions will be emailed/posted to you. A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings to secure the reservation. Balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client within 10 days of the safe return of the keys to the owner as long as no loss or damage has occurred during the clients stay. Keys and directions are sent one week before holiday departure.
