3 bedroom detached villa with private garden & pool.T.V with english channels.4 golf resort`s near by. The villa is situated on a large site in a rural area, although close enough to all amenities. The pool is 10m X 5m and has sun all day. We have a cover on the pool which does raise the temp, so in the cooler months it can still be used.There is seating and an eating area on the terrace with bbq. There is paving around the pool with sun loungers. The property is well equipped trying to accommodate home from home comforts. The villa has hot & cold air conditioning.Fully equip kitchen,all bedding and towels on site inc beach towels. 2 baby travel cots & 1 high chair .. .Cleaning is done by housekeeper and you need to leave 70 euros after your stay. To have the pool heater on there is an extra cost of 60 euro`s

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Just a 5 min drive to La Torre golf resort Just 12km away are the beaches of the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, or little sea. The waters of the Mar Menor are always a few degrees warmer than the Mediterranean, and provide sheltered, safe bathing for children. The Mar Menor is also a perfect place to practice a huge range of water sports, from scuba diving to windsurfing, sailing to water skiing, and there are water sports centres located around the shores, easily spotted and offering top class facilities whether you are looking to rent equipment or take a lesson.
The stunning mountain landscape behind the village is an outdoor activity haven. There are many great walking, hiking and riding routes through the mountains, offering fantastic views in every direction. There are many places to take a hireling or rent a mountain bike, and guides are readily available in Balsicas. There are even skydiving and paragliding companies in Balsicas which make use of the dramatic cliffs and mountain air conditions
Murcia / Gea Y Truyols area
Murcia has a large cathedral, a casino and plenty of shops. San Javier is only a 15 minutes car journey and has the airport known as Murcia airport. More shops and a large shopping mall with cinema and bowling, not to far away is the ancient port of Cartagena, home of the Mediterranean maritime department. Approximately 10minutes away is the natural lagoon of the Mar Menor with 73km of coastline and tranquil villages. The waters are some of the richest and best around with plenty of water sport sites. Within a 60minute radius there are 10 golf courses with more promised including the world famous championship course of la Manga and Villamartin. Not to far up the coast is Torrevieja which has further shopping, hypermarkets and a water park. There is a sea life park in Benidorm. The nearest restaurant and tapas bar is only 5 minutes car ride away at Valle-Del-Sol, serving a wide range of affordable local foods
