Home description

This beautiful new house is bright and spacious witha tiled patio area around the pool for relaxing and sunbathing plus two separate areas for eating around the purpose built BBQ with food preparation and sink area. This property is ideal for families and golfers looking for variety. Very attractive rates offering excellent value for money.
There are stunning beaches and 12 championship golf courses with Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campamoar on the door step. There are stables close by for Horse Riding. Go Karting just outside La Zenia and a water park for fun and laughter for all the family.

There are daily markets in the Torrevieja area for those looking for a bargain. There is a variety of excellent restaurants in Villa Martin square, Los Dolses and Playa Flamenca and San Miguel to name a few to suit everyone with a wonderful holiday atmosphere and exclusive restaurants in San Miguel for that special evening meal. Vist the hot springs at Fortuna and relax in the sulpha pools.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region

The villa is in Villa Martin and the village centre is a 25 minute walk or 5 minutes drive in the car.
Thre are banks, and an excellent small supermarket which stocks everything you may need from sun tan cream to quality meat for your BBQ.

The plaza has a host of restaurants with a wide variety of food . The plaza is excellent for children and the atmosphere is buzzing. There are Karaoke bars, irish bars, quiet and noisy bars with entertainment on various nights in the restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

The closest beach, La Zenia is less than 10 minutes away


Murcia area

For a very reasonable charge you can charter a boat for the day and travel around to the different bays in the area or take in some fishing.

For the young at heart and in body there are a number of go karting tracks less than 10 minutes away from the villa.
There are markets in the villages close by every day of the week.

There is a water park for some excillerating fun. Or visit the local stables to watch the Spanish riding school. There is so much history in the area and we have a brochures with places to visit in the villa for your information.


How to get there

Ryanair can offer excellent rates flying from Stansted and Luton into Murcia airport which is the closest airport approximately 20 minutes door to door. Alternatively flights by easyjet from Gatwick fly into Alicante and this is approximately 45 minutes from Villa Martin.

It is an advantage to pre-book car hire to save time when arriving in Spain and to ensure you pay the cheapest rates and avoid disappointment. At the height of the season, booking a car at the airport should be avoided.

The ground floor has a double bedroom with own shower room. The first floor has a large double bedroom with balcony second double bedroom with a terrace with a large bathroom/shower room. This house has a large sun terrace on the roof as well as a bright and cool underbuild with two bedrooms a shower room and a living space which is ideal if families want to be 'self contained'.. Cots and highchairs need to be booked in advance.

Alfresco dining is a delight with comfortable dining tables and chairs and sun loungers that can be placed in the sun or shade at any time of the day to soak up the peace and quiet of the Spanish atmosphere.

Further details outdoors:
There are just 10 beautiful new houses serviced by a private road making the site very peaceful and traffic free. There's a designated parking space for one car within the property. There is no parking on the private road, however, ample parking space on the main road.

The swimming pool has shallow tiled steps going in with a tiled area surround for sunbathing with an outdoor shower. Purpose built BBQ with a beautiful stone table seating area with electricity for extra cooking or plug in a fan for those hotter days and evenings. You can even pick a lemon from the tree for your gin and tonic.

The BBQ is at the rear of the property with a sink, electricity and work space area for food preparation.

*Local representative available to meet on arrival and available if there are any problems.

*Change of Linen and Towels left for change each week and more often if requested for a small charge

*Representative to collect keys on departure.

*Balconies on ground and first floor have been adapted to improve safety for children.

*The Sun Terrace on the roof is not recommended for children and any children are the guardian's responsibility.

*Any breakages must be reported so replacements are there for next rental.


Conditions

Strictly No smoking inside the villa. Ashtrays to be used at all times outside.

Breakage deposit of £250.00 is required to secure booking, There is a cleaning charge which will be deducted from the initial deposit and remainder returned within 2 weeks subject to a satisfactory inspection and inventory check. The cleaning charge is 120 Euro for 8/10 people and 80 Euro for 4/6 people. Final payment is due 8 weeks prior to departure or if it is a last minute or late booking, full payment will be required to secure booking.

Booking form will need to be completed and returned for details to be passed to key holder

Beautiful villa, we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit

Everyone was so helpful , we had a lovely holiday

The villa was beautiful and just a short car ride to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Loved the Plaza, food was amazing about the same price as England.

This is my second visit to the villa and we enjoyed it even more this time. The villa is home from home. We went further afield and found more excellent value restaurants. La Zenia is still my favourite beach but had lovely days at cabaroig and Campamor beaches.
