Fantastic beautiful large Villa suitable for 2 families sharing as it has huge living areas, both inside and out. The villa is not overlooked and has fabulous views onto the surrounding hills and mountains. The garden is massive and has its own orange, apricot , lemon, lime and many other fruit trees. Very quiet,this tranquil part of undiscovered Spain will help you chill and relax - not for those who want an all action holiday - drive through real Spanish villages and remember how life really should be - enjoy some local wine and tapas and remember to bring your phrase book .

There is plenty to do here if you want it. Discover the ancient city of Murcia, its historic Cathedral and many plazas, a day trip to Cartagena with all its roman history. Close by are the magical spas of Fortuna, famous for their healing powers. New water park Terra Natura recently opened nearby.

Villa Cassablanca is an ideal location to bring your family or friends to relax and enjoy the Spanish way of life.
Less than 2km away is the local village with supermarket, fish shop and farmers' market on Wednesday mornings - several bars offering tapas and local cooking. For more culture and entertainment Murcia City is 25 minutes drive (door to door) with Theatres, art galleries, museums and great shopping! Visit Rincon de Pepe for the best Tapas in town.

How to get there

• Fly to either Murcia (MJV) or Alicante (ALC) airports- with most low -cost airlines. Murcia 40 mins Alicante 60mins by car.

• Collect your hire car from the airport (suggest www.carjet.co.uk & www.holidayautos.com) -then it's no more than an hour's drive on good dual carriageway roads. Directions available on booking.

Cassablanca is a really comfortable well equipped home with a modern contemporary feel.
• Well decorated with high quality furnishings. You will find the kitchen is very well designed with all the little extras which make a real difference, American fridge with built in ice making and filtered water.
• The 2 main bedrooms have 6 ft beds and the 2 further bedrooms have 2 x 3ft single beds which can be zip and linked together for couples to make 4 double rooms if necessary..
• Hot and Cold air-conditioning. Wood-burning stove. Extremely comfortable sofas in the sitting room.Hi-fi CD system you can connect your MP3 player to.
• TV with UK freeview channels. DVD player.
• Second TV in one of the bedrooms for the kids to play games, remember to bring your own favourite DVD's and X box games.
Swimming Pool can be heated at an extra cost.
Hot tub

• Comfortable outside sofas on terrace for relaxing and enjoying the view of orange and lemon groves plus the odd herd of goats!
• It is very tranquil and so extremely easy to relax and unwind.
•14 foot trampoline to exercise on, a full-size outdoor table tennis table and a stand-alone jacuzzi to soak in.
•10 by 5 metre heated swimming pool is great to splash about in and is never more than about 1.4m deep, making it safer for youngsters.
Beautiful landscaped garden with Orange, Lemon, Fig, Apricot, Peach and other fruit trees, for you to enjoy. Palm trees, fabulous bougainvillea, grape vines, honey suckle and passion flowers to name but a few of the plants in this wonderful garden.

• Extensive 2000 square metre fenced plot gives the comfort of space and security. There is ample room for parking as close to the villa as you wish with security provided by remote control gates.

This property would suit families with children or two families each with 2 children. - The villa is in a fabulous position with great views of the mountains. Newly established garden with fruit trees and grape vines.
The swimming pool is not fenced off from the house and garden so children must be supervised at all times to avoid drowning. The use of the swimming pool and trampoline are at your own risk. The swimming pool is not safe for diving as it is 1.4 m in depth. There is no deep end. Pool heating is available for an extra cost of £100 per week

This is a non- smoking house please respect this.

Conditions

• Refundable breakages deposit of £250 required, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
maid service is once a week, but daily servicing can be arranged for an extra cost
