With stunning front line views to the golf course, lakes and Spanish hills, the villa occupies a superb position.

The rear walled garden offers the opportunity to relax with a glass of wine on the terrace, or take advantage of the private pool (8mx4m) to sunbathe and enjoy the perfect Costa Calida weather. With no expense spared this villa offers an exclusive retreat ideal for the perfect holiday!

The living space boasts a superb professionally designed kitchen with granite work surfaces. The whole villa is light spacious and modern, offering sunny and contemporary living areas furnished with a harmonious mix of oak and leather. The sleeping accommodation is both classic and comfortable. Both upstairs bedrooms enjoy balconies with patio doors and great views.

The Murcia region

Located in the South Eastern corner of Spain, Murcia enjoys 320 days of sunshine per year. Temperatures range from 18-35°C during July/August to a pleasant 12-22°C during the winter months. The Costa Calida is the coastal area of the province of Murcia on the Eastern side of Andalusia. Murcia’s claim to fame is that the World Health Organisation declared it the cleanest and least polluted area of Spain. Murcia is also home to the Mar Menor, Europe’s largest salt water lagoon. Two seas on one coastline - the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean - impressive cliffs, heavenly beaches of endless white sand, lively ports and wild coves with crystal clear water, more than 3,000 hours of sun a year and mild temperatures This is the Costa Cálida, the ideal place to spend a perfect holiday relaxing both in winter and summer.

The historical city of Murcia is a short 15 minute drive. This fashionable city has great shopping and countless kerbside bars and restaurants and there are also plenty of historical sites to visit. Murcia was featured recently in The Sunday Times 'Undiscovered Jewels Of Europe' series. Many people love Murcia for its culture, nightlife, and the festivities (fiestas) which take place several times a year and of course the Spanish kitchen. Sample the wonderful restaurants and nightlife of Murcia City or Cartagena Port or stroll along the sea fronts of the unspoilt fishing villages of San Pedro del Pinatar and Mar de Cristal. If you are feeling active, then try the vast array of water sports around the famous Mar Menor. 15 minutes away is the traditional Spanish sea side resort and spa of San Javier on the Mar Menor while the Costa Calida coastline is dotted with sandy beaches and the blue sea of the Med is just 20 minutes drive.

The Murcia City / Mosa Trajectum area

The exclusive golf resort Mosa Trajectum lies at the foot of the Murcian hills and at the borders of a UNESCO owned Nature Reserve. Hiking, biking, horse riding ,mountain biking, tennis and paddle tennis are are all on offer locally Mosa Trajectum is situated only 10 km from Murcia and 85 km south of Alicante and is a short 15 minutes drive to the beaches of the Costa Calida and the Mar Menor. The heart of Mosa Trajectum is Parador a 300 year old Spanish farm which has been rebuilt into a hotel and restaurant. There is also a small chapel. In the near future the resort will be expanded with commercial zones, containing a wealth of shops, boutiques, bars, restaurants, a medical centre and a sport resort. Just outside the resort you will find two typical Spanish restaurants where you can also buy fresh produce (bread, meat, fruit, vegetables).

Mosa Trajectum has an 27 hole championship course (Stone, Olive and Pine Course) as well as a par 3 Challenge Course. The championship course runs through the resort, through a spectacular and challenging landscape with a variety of plants and trees, cacti, open rock faces and a multitude of water features. As the terrain is slightly rolling, this golfing paradise will offer you the unique experience of a subtropical landscape that finds its way through canyons. A 25% non-refundable deposit must accompany bookings (within 7 days of booking) to secure the reservation. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to commencement of the holiday along with a security deposit of £200. The security deposit will be returned to the client within10 days of the return of the keys to the owner as long as no damage or loss has occurred during the clients stay. Long term lets available. Before and after each letting the villa is professionally cleaned & the towels and linen are professionally laundered. The villa has air-conditioning and central heating – Any special requirements - if we can help, we will. Midweek and weekend short breaks will have a basic charge of £105 added to cover professional clean, fresh linen and towels (hand, bath & sheet)
