The golf apartment is fully furnished to a high standard comprising of fully fitted kitchen including mircowave,fridge freezer,oven,hob and washing machine.
the dining area and lounge has patio doors leading out onto the balcony/sun terrace area furnished to relax and enjoy.
there are two bedrooms the master bedroom has a kingsize double bed,the other bedroom has two single beds. both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes,the apartment has air-conditioning and fan lights.
the apartment has a private parking space and the island resort can only be entered via a bridge and access point.
within easy reach of the resort is the spectacular new marina at puerto de mazarron with its palm fringed promenade beautiful views and beaches,many restaurants,cafes and bars,as well as the towns of cartagena,totana,lorca,the city of murcia and the sierra espuna national park.

in addition a separate £100.00 secuirty deposit is required when booking.
there is no call out charges for genuine emergencies beyond your control,such as leaks,breakins or any problem that requires urgent repair to maintain habitability and safety to you members of your party and the property.
if the call out involves the loss of keys or anything arising from the behaviour or negligence of you or a member of your party then a charge from 50 euros will be made.

The costa calida region has many great areas and beaches to visit while you are in the region and the apartment has provided a good source of guides of places to visit. giving you information on climate,history,food,drink and places of interest.
the town of alhama de murcia has a great choice of food and shopping and also worth a visit is the weekly market (see apartment guide books for details) the town is only a 10min drive from the resort and well worth the visit.
camposol sector a/ and b has restaurants ,shopping,banks,fuel,and is only a short drive from the resort heading towards mazarron (details in guide books)
The Murcia City / Alhama de Murcia area
Condado de alhama is home to the jack nicklaus signature course. condado de alhama is a great location to enjoy any type of holiday.with the private gated surroundings it is all about privacy,relaxation and convenience.
the 18-hole golf course has been thoughtfully designed it is a ambitious course making perfect use of the surroundings.there are four large lakes.bunkering and manicured playing conditions.
within the condado resort are tennis and squash courts,gym.basketball,assorted pools,gardens and football pitches.
al kasar town centre is the central area of condado with a supermarket,restaurants including limonera arroceria and the clover literary bar with outdoor seating.
local area: condado is within easy reach of alhama de murcia,puerto de mazarron,cartagena,totana,lorca,the city of murcia.the murcia region is a training area for professional cyclists,so an ideal location for any standard of cyclist.the region has an average yearly tempature of 21*c with more than 320 days of sun a year so a great venue all year round.

arrived early saturday morning met by knowledgable key holder,no time to settle in as we were booked for golf,but were given nice pack of essential groceries and a few cold beers . Golf course was in great shape stayed for 4 days , chilled out when not playing golf. Having a hire car is a must to get about. Enjoyed our break so much we have been looking at dates in october to go again. |
