The interior of this lovely farmhouse comprises four bedrooms all with en suite bathroom or shower, a living room, a well equipped kitchen with dining area, a spare shower room, a cosy room with a six seater heated jacuzzi and a sunny internal courtyard.
Further complementing this beautiful farmhouse one finds a two car space drive-in, a large terrace with BBQ, a large swimming pool surrounded with rocks, and a well cultivated rock garden. This garden has a shaded pathway which leads to a belvedere.

Gozo, the second-largest island in the Maltese Archipelago lies about 5 km apart from the island of Malta and has an area of about 67 square kms. The Maltese islands are situated in the centre of the Mediterrenean, 93 km south of Italy and 290 km north of North Africa. This peaceful island has a population of around 31,000 people and its friendly inhabitants are known as Gozitans.
Gozo is rich in historical locations such as Ggantija Temples which along with the Megalithic temples of Malta are the world's oldest religious structures. Other places of interest are the Citadel, Calypso's cave, Fort Chambrai, and Ta' Pinu Basilica.
In this tranquil island one can also find attractive beaches. The most popular are Xlendi, Marsalforn, Ramla l-Hamra, Hondoq ir-Rummien and Mgarr ix-Xini.
The climate in Gozo is typically Mediterrenean. It is generally mild in Winter with an average temperature of 16 degree celcius. Summer in Gozo is rather long and sunny with an average temperature of 25 degree celcius. It covers the period from April and November with August being the warmest month.
The Munxar area
The peaceful village of Munxar lies to the south of the island of Gozo between Xlendi valley and the village of Sannat. Munxar is very close to the capital Victoria and has a population of about 1019 people.
This village offers spectacular imagery such as Xlendi valley, Ghancija valley, and Bardan cliffs. Also worth mentioning are the remnants of a prehistoric temple at Ta' Marziena which date approximately to the Ggantija period.
The Parish church, a small baroque temple is dedicated to St. Paul. The feast of St. Paul falls on the 10th of February which is also a national, public holiday. However the outside festivities are celebrated on the third Sunday of each May.
A swift ten-minute countrywalk takes you to Xlendi Bay, a very popular tourist resort. Wedged between majestic cliffs, this fishing village is one of the most picturesque spots on the island.

Airmalta (www.airmalta.com) operates daily flights from major European countries. Many other international airlines operate to Malta on a daily basis including budget airlines such as Easyjet and Ryanair.
Arriving at Luqa Airport you can rent a taxi or minibus which will drive you to the Gozo ferry. This will take about 50 minutes. The Gozo ferry operates frequently (approx. every 45 minutes) and the trip will take around 25 minutes. If you wish to see more information about the ferry service, please visit web www.gozochannel.com
Once in Gozo, arriving to the farmhouse from Mgarr harbour is not particularly difficult but we will always be happy to meet you there if you wish. The drive to the farmhouse will take about 15 minutes.
