About the home
Beach House is ideal for families wishing to have a beach holiday together, the house is right there on the beach so no having to load up the car to get to the beach. We have a full Sky package with films and sports to keep everyone entertained. The garden has a trampoline and we have lots of beach toys and wet suits for you to use.
Beach House is very frequently booked for weekend parties, Hen parties, birthday parties and wedding anniversary parties. The dining table seats 14 and we have a personal chef who for very reasonable rates will come out to cook and serve a special dinner for you. For Hen parties we can also arrange activities like visiting beauty therapists, vintage tea parties and chocolate making workshops. Our Hen groups love the Beach House Spa room incorporating a 6 person hot tub, sauna and lots of scented candles, luxury bath robes and twinkly coloured lights above the hot tub for ultimate chill-out!
Beach House is in a fabulous location. The seaside village of Mundesely is picture-postcard pretty with lots of village shops and a thriving village atmosphere - Amateur Dramatics performances, Women's Institute events etc. And a little further afield you will find the Norfolk Broads for boating, Cromer and Sheringham which are two well loved seaside resorts with end of the pier shows and traditional amusements for children. All of the North Norfolk coast is easily accessible and well worth exploring, we love seal trips from Blakeney, trips on the steam train from Sheringham, and playing cricket on the beach at Mundesley.

Beach House is furnished to a very high standard, in fact we have won a Visit England Gold award for our interiors, standard of cleanliness and for our customer service. We pride ourselves on making sure everything at the house is the best we can make it so that you can have a lovely holiday! We have a professional range cooker with two ovens for cooking even the most complex meals! We have two large fridge freezers, a washing machine and dishwasher and dryer, so no going home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry to do! We have a Wii and games to keep the kids busy, a full Sky package so you can keep up to date with all the sporting fixtures and enjoy the movies in front of the open fire in the evening. We even have a mini bar for you to make purchases from.
We have just refurbished one of the bathrooms with a fabulous copper bath and very powerful walk in shower for really luxurious bathing.

The garden is a decent size for letting the children run off a bit of steam and for eating outside or chilling out on the deck with a glass of wine and the newspaper.
Conditions
We happily let the house for 2 night weekend or mid week breaks. A weekend from October to March is £500 per night and a weekend from April to September is £700 per night.
Summer holidays - weekly lets only at £2500 per week. Christmas and New Year is £700 per night - minimum 3 nights booking, Easter & half terms are £1900 per week.

Norfolk is one of the driest and sunniest parts of England. Mundesley is a lovely coastal village with a fabulous sandy beach. We are right opposite the beach.
The village has several takeaway shops if you don't feel like cooking and some useful local shops for day-to-day groceries.

We offer really good mid week discounts for smaller groups who wish to stay at Beach House. Any size group from 2 people to 13 people can stay at the house on a per person basis. The amount is £50 per person per night, no restriction on size of group, for a minimum of two nights and mid week only.
