This accommodation has just gone through a full renovation and is finished to a high standard throughout. Some of the furnishings are yet to be added and the photography will be updated soon.

The property has a great layout, the main living area takes up the whole of the first floor whilst the kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor. The large kitchen is newly fitted and well appointed to a high standard, containing quality appliances. The kitchen leads through to the dining room. The dining area can accommodate six people and is adjacent to the french windows leading to the garden.

There are three bedrooms, which are on the ground floor. These rooms are all tastefully decorated doubles of a good size with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a beautiful en suite bathroom complete with bath. There is also a family bathroom on the ground floor, again finished to a very high standard and benefitting from large shower enclosure.

Up to the first floor, which is a fantastic living area that occupies the whole floor. Large windows and pale decor and flooring give this room a light and bright feel. There is a flat panel digital television and DVD player, and a modern and comfortable corner sofa to watch them on. Double doors lead you out on to a small roof terrace.

Externally there is a courtyard garden with outdoor seating for al fresco dining, perfect when enjoying the summer months. Directly in front of the property is a parking bay for two cars. On the street itself there is a mix of residents only parking which requires a permit, and free parking which is available to all.

Escape to Rhossili beach in twenty minutes, and return to Mumbles for a wonderful evening out without worrying about having to drive.

"Clean comfortable with all mod cons"

We used it for a base whilst working at Swansea. It made a great bolt hole and was in a great position to explore the area. The cottage is very clean and comfortable. Only had one small problem of parking in an evening near the cottage, this proved impossible on a weekend.

Thank you for your review. Westbourne Place is a beautiful cottage in a great location near the centre of Mumbles and much like the rest of the village, parking can be a little tricky during the summer months. We hope this wasn't too much of an issue for you. ^DB

"Beautifully Equipped Property in a Great Location"

The cottage is extremely spacious and very well equipped - a home away from home with high quality fixtures and fittings. The Mumbles village is lovely with plenty of places to eat and drink. Brilliantly positioned to visit lots of lovely beaches as well as parts of Historic Wales
