Home description

Greenshank has 2 bedrooms and is simply yet comfortably furnished with dining area and comfortable seating for 4 people. Outside there is a raised decking area with patio furniture to enjoy the afternoon sun. There is a large shared lawn area with BBQ and benches to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and cliffs.

100 Metres away is the Mullion Cove Hotel with bar, bistro and restaurant. Mullion village is a 20 min walk away at a leisurely pace providing shops, post office, pubs etc

The West Country / Cornwall region

Cornwall is a fantastic place for a holiday with a variety of different places to visit and things to do.

Nearby is the town of Helston home of the Furry dance which is held in May. Flambards Theme Park ideal for families is a short distance away long with Gweek Seal Sanctury, HMS Culdrose and the Lizard. There are several fantastic beaches nearby such as Kynance Cove which is best visited at low tide and well worth the 10 minute walk from the car park. You are not far from other parts of Cornwall such as Lands End, Sennen Cove which is perfect for surfing and the Eden Project. Walkers are in their element with the scenary and spectacular views along the coastal path.

Cornwall has something to suit all individuals come rain or shine.


Mullion Cove area

The Village of Mullion is, at a leisurely pace, only 20 minutes walk from Greenshank Cottage. It is a traditional and picturesque Cornish village which caters for modern needs such as 2 convenience stores, post office, service station, baker, hairdresser, gifts, art galleries, restaurant, chip shop, pubs, free car parks and gardens etc.



How to get there

From the M5, turn off onto the A30 then take the A39 to Truro. Keep on the A39 following signs to Falmouth then follow the A394 to Helston. At Helston follow signs to The Lizard on the A3083. Keep following signs to The Lizard taking the turn off to Mullion Village opposite the Mullion Caravan Park. This is just past the Friendly campsite. Follow the road down to Mullion Village and go through the village down to Mullion Cove.
Follow the signs for Mullion Cove Hotel and you will pass the craft centre called Mullion Meadows on your right hand side, then as you meander down the hill you will see a “pay and display” car park on your left. Continue to follow the road passing the next (honesty) car park on the right. The road then forks immediately after this car park, take the right hand road and follow the sign for the Mullion Cove Hotel, the road starts to go to the top of the cliff.
The turning for the bungalows is signposted “Mullion Bungalows” on the right before you reach the top of the road. There is also a sign for Henscath Guest House, turn up this lane, go past the Guest House which is on your right and take the first left to the car park for the complex.
Greenshank Cottage is number 5 and situated on the right hand side next to the corner.

The car parking space for Greenshank is located round the back of the property.

10% deposit required on booking unless near to dates wanted then payment in full.
