Set in lush tropical gardens, in a peaceful cul de sac, within walking distance to Mullins Beach, Mustard Seed has been described as one of the most unique new houses in Barbados. This natural coral stone house has recently been restored and upgraded. The tasteful, formal living room flows onto gracious patio and pool side living, inviting guests to linger over breathtaking views of the lush tropical gardens and infinity edge pool. A staircase leads up from the living area to 2 of the 4 bedrooms. All of the bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms. The two upper bedrooms benefit from strong cooling trade winds & offer further cooling via ceiling fans. There are an additional two bedrooms located down stairs via a separate stairway off of the patio. These 2 large bedrooms have ceiling fans and are also air-conditioned. The open concept Granite top Italian kitchen, offers all of the modern luxuries required for a carefree holiday. A stay here is truly an experience to be remembered.

The St Peter Parish region

The West Coast of Barbados often referred to as the Gold Coast offers some the island's best swimming, night life and restaurants. A ten minute drive down the coast road you will find Holetown which has duty free shopping, a large grocery store, and a fitness centre. Alternatively you could visit Speightstown which is a 5 minute drive North. This Historic town is full of old Barbadian charm with fruit and vegetables vendors lining the road and small shops that seem to sell just about anything.

Mullins Bay area

St. Peter is just North of Holetown and features some of the island's best estate homes, beaches and tropical gardens. Mustard Seed is within walking distance to Mullins Beach where there is a beach bar which serves lunch and dinner. There are also an array of water sports activities availble. In addition beach umbrellas and sun loungers are available for rent. A short drive away you will find the Sandy Lane Golf course,& Royal Westmoreland golf course.

In Holetown you will find a great choice of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as supermarkets and banking facilities. There are numerous wonderful beaches close by, all with golden sands lapped by the warm Caribbean Sea. Barbados also has reefs just a short swim from the shore, with exotic fish, turtles and colourful coral.
