Surrounded by tropical gardens, this privately-owned villa is beautifully presented and is filled with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday and features a sizeable swimming pool. The villa is fully air-conditioned and also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living area. There are three (3) en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom 3 is equipped with a pair of twin beds. A smaller half-bedroom is equipped with a single bed. There is an additional guest bathroom.
The master bedroom, living area and kitchen area all open by French doors onto the spacious patio where you can fully enjoy indoor-outdoor living. Perfect for outdoor dining, cocktails, entertaining or to simply relax and sun bathe in the lounge beds by the 50 foot single lane lap freshwater swimming pool. There are two flat-screen televisions with cable, CD and DVD players, and Wireless ADSL internet connection.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a convenient array of small appliances furnished with pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and glassware, including plastic glasses perfect for use at the pool. There are two large refrigerators, a large range oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, and an adjoining room with a washing machine and dryer.
