About the home

The architect designed property is directly opposite the white sand beach and the stunning Indian Ocean. It is very spacious (300 square meters), and has a living area upstairs to enjoy the views to the maximum...At the front, the wide balcony with a granite table is perfect to admire the uninterrupted views and the sunset over the ocean. The large kitchen family room has views of the ocean, a big Jarrah table for 8/10, and a "master chef" kitchen with granite bench top, central island, dishwasher, and a luxury "La Pavoni" professional coffee machine. At the back an all weather tropical pergola surrounded by local plants, grapes, palms, has a nice big round table in exotic timber, modern couches to relax, a hammock, a barbecue, and a heated swimming pool with lounges, All bedrooms are doubles, with en suite or semi en suite. There is also a formal dining room and a "library/billard room to retreat. Downstairs you can play pingpong, borrow a soft surf board (provided) to catch a wave, or go for a ride along the coast with one of our bikes.
You will remember your holiday after a walk on the 5kms beach along with dolphins, a swim in the pool, some relax time in the sauna for 6, a ride to Hillary's Marina, or to Burns beach.....and do not forget to play billards or ping pong, watch the whales, and all the sunsets from the balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean. You can also play golf or tennis at the nearby International renowed Joodalup Golf course.

L'oceanne is a 2 storey beautiful Mediterranean house, close to all amenities, schools, cinemas, and the major international Australian City that is Perth (20kms), yet very relaxing. Situation on Google earth: 120 ocean side Promenade. Mullaloo. Sensational for beach holidays, or a discovery of the "Australian Way of life"....

It is also available at a lower rate of AU $ 1 800 per week all inclusive (power, water, wifi internet), for bookings of 4 weeks minimum during the months of July and August.

Perth is the capital city of Western Australia, and has a lot to offer: shopping, museums, art galeries, restaurants and cafes. It also offers a very natural life style with plenty of Parks, the river, the patrolled beaches, all kind of sports, brilliant diving, snorkelling.

The Mullaloo area

Mullaloo has a real coastal village feeling, with parks and barbecues, Tavern and Dome cafe all near the surf club and the beach, only 800ms from the house. It's white sand beach has been classified as one of the 5 top beaches in the world. The school and shops are all within 800ms. The famous Hillary's Marina and it's renowed AQWA, Aquarium and ferrys departing to Rottnest Island are 6kms away to the south. The Ocean Reef marina is one km away to the North.. We are 20 minutes from Perth CBD, 30 minutes from "Freo" Fremantle and its markets and cafes.

The northen beaches is the "Australian California coast " with stunning houses along the west coast sunset drive. The nature has been respected with plenty of parks with barbecues, and also bush over the sand dunes.....Patrolled beach is directly opposite the house during the summer months. Excellent snorkelling and scuba diving all within minutes. Mullaloo is a great beach to learn to surf.

“Beautiful house in a fabulous location.” This house was lovely and the location for the beach could not have been better. The house was well equiped with everything that you could ask for. The local area is great and we felt like we were staying in a very affluent area. The pool and sauna helped make the house an extra special place to stay. The laundary room was very useful for the longer stay. The house was convenient for the local supermarket and it was easy to travel into Perth via car. The lady who managed the house was delightful and very helpful, giving us lots of advice on the local area and places to visit. The owners were great to deal with and the communication via email was always quickly responded to.
