Home description
The property is directly opposite the white sand beach and the stunning Indian Ocean. It is very spacious (300 square meters), with the lliving area upstairs to enjoy the views to the maximum...At the front there is uninterupeted views, from inside out and from all the balconnies. At the back you will find a very "tropical" outdoor area with a lot of plants, a barbecue, and a heated swimming pool. All bedrooms are doubles, with en suite or semi en suite. You can walk on the 5kms beach along with dolphins, swim in the heated pool, relax in the sauna for 6, ride to Hillary's Marina, or to Burns beach.....watch the whales, and all the sunsets from the balcony overlooking the Indian Ocean, or play Golf or tennis at the nearby International renowed Joodalup Golf course.

The northen beaches is the "Australian California coast " with stunning houses along the west coast sunset drive. The nature has been respected with plenty of parks with barbecues, and also bush over the sand dunes.....Patrolled beach is directly opposite the house during the summer months. Excellent snorkelling and scuba diving all within minutes. Mullaloo is a great beach to learn to surf.
