Taxis are found outside the terminal of both Domestic & International airports. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes and the cost is approx $60-$70 (subject to change). There is a selection of Car Hire companies with prior arrangement can have a car available for you to hire from the airport or once you are settled in, to your door. Further details indoors: The 4 bedroom, ground floor level of this large two storey house is called "Beaches". It has 3 Master Queen sized bedrooms, one of which has an en suite. The 4th is a large bedroom with 2 single beds. The second bathroom and separate toilet completes the sleeping area.
Elegant solid wood floor flows throughout this home. With a good sized family and dining room, plus the comfortable lounge with leather sofas, TV & DVD player.. Extra seating in the sun room and family room can easily accommodate the larger families or groups in reverse cycle airconditioned comfort.
Look out onto the swimming pool and rear paved patio area from the well equipped kitchen. This area is great for entertaining on those warm summer nights and play in the newly installed swimming pool, complete with BBQ,outdoor table & chairs. (The swimming pool is private and is for the sole use of 'Beaches' guests).
Both levels are completely separate and private with a solid concrete ceiling allowing for maximum noise reductions when both accommodations are in use.

BEACHES is the lower level of this large unique two storey house. Completely private and secure with its own front door access. Private rear garden with Pool, outdoor setting and BBQ.
The solid concrete ceiling with its unique sound proof covering ensures the best possible noise deflection.
The Upper Level-'Dreams' consists of 2 Queen Bedrooms + 1 room with Bunk Beds. (sleeping up to 6)
The Lower Level-Beaches consists of 3 Queen Bedrooms + 1 room with two single beds (sleeping up to 8)
We also have 2 porta cots available, as well as a Childs safety bed rail.
The Whole House is available for rent by booking both Beaches & Dreams simultaneously and if requested the central French doors separating the two accommodations can be opened
Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required upon returning the completed booking contract .
A cancellation fees apply - Details are included in the terms & conditions. Balance of payment to be made 8 weeks prior to arrival date along with the refundable $500 Security Bond for significant breakages, repairs or extra cleaning. This will be refunded 7 days after vacancy on completion of a satisfactory inspection.
