This superb mexican style villa on 3 levels has stunning views over the palm trees to the Golf Course, Pigeon Point, Nylon Pool, Buccoo Reef and the Caribbean Sea. One of just four private villas set in a secluded cul-de-sac above the Mt. Irvine Golf Course it has a large open plan living area with veranda and 3 spacious bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. Outside you can enjoy your own private pool and jacuzzi or relax on the spacious sun deck or find your own special place in the tropical garden.
Villa LaHay has easy access to all amenities, including beaches, local supermarkets, and many excellent restaurants for eating out. It is ideal for families and groups of friends.

The Tobago region
Tobago lies south of the Hurricane belt just off the coast of South America and 21 miles northeast of Trinidad - the most southerly island of the Caribbean. The island is surrounded by the tranquil Caribbean Sea on its North Coast with the less calm Atlantic Ocean on the southern and western side. The island has an area of 300sq.km and a population of over 54,000. The capital, Scarborough, has a population of just over 1,000. The area of Canaan/Bon Accord/Crown Point, on the southwestern tip of the island is the busiest, fastest developing area on the island, with all the major facilities and amenities of the capital.
The island is an undulating mass of coral and volcanic rock and has a rich variety of flora and fauna, many of which are only found on Tobago. The Main Ridge Forest Reserve, Tobago's backbone, is a hilly range of forest covering over 60% of the island, with the highest point 550 meters above sea level. Tobago has a warm, tropical climate, with constant cool breezes throughout the year and temperatures ranging from 23 to 32 Celsious.
Mt. Irvine area
Villa LaHay is located in a small, exclusive residential area above the Mt. Irvine Golf Course with some of the best beaches located just a short drive away. Local shops and restaurants can be found at Black Rock and Buccoo 2-3 km away. The famous Sunday School party takes place every Sunday evening in Buccoo with local food, craft stalls and music. La Hay is centrally situated to visit both the Caribbean and Atlantic sides of the island where you will find that Tobago is the unspoiled caribbean island with something for everyone. A perfect combination of secluded white beaches and coral reefs, rain forest, waterfalls and wonderful scubadiving sites. There are also 2 international Golf Courses close at hand.
How to get there
Fly to Tobago, Trinidad & Tobago - Villa LaHay is just 10 km ( 20 minutes ) from the airport. Flights available from British Airways, Exel and Virgin Atlantic from London to Tobago airport. Car hire available from www.tobagocarhire.com There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 50 TT Dollars ( approx 4 Pounds ) Escort from and to the airport is included. Rental car can be deliverd to the airport.

"Our experience at Villa LaHay was great! Thomas and Judy were very accomodating and were available always for any questions we had. The property and view were gorgeous! We especially loved the fresh fruit every day, it was delicious! The only thing I would change would be maybe not to have the housekeeper every day. We personally like a lot of privacy when we take a vacation and having someone in the house for 4 hours a day might be a little much. Other than that I would highly reccomend this Villa to anyone.
