Home description

The property is a detached two storey house decorated to a very high standard. It has a large lounge with TV, video log fire and comfortable seating. There is a dining room with plenty of seating and a log fire. The modern kitchen boasts all the amenities you will need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The master bedroom is spacious with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a large double bed, and the third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are beautifully decorated and have ample storage space for clothes. There is also a large family bathroom with shower and bath and a further shower room with WC. on ground floor.

The property backs onto an impressive lake with great Pike fishing and also Perch and Rudd fishing. There are stunning views of the surrounding countryside from every window. The pub next door is run by the owners. A perfect holiday destinatiuon for golfers, anglers, nature enthusuiasts and ramblers.

This is a haven away from the mad mad city rush and traffic.
Wonderful pike fishing just across the road.
Pub so very near for a night cap and no problems getting home!
Lake side walk and forest walk in Mountbellew a treat.
Golf course 6Km. away is a treat.
