Cattewater View is a modern yet charming townhouse in a historic fishing village called Turnchapel. It is a fantastic place to base yourself for relaxing week, just a stroll away from wonderful pubs, rugged beaches and coastal paths whilst being within the city limits within easy reach of the water taxi every half hour to the city centre and the Barbican, or a cycle or drive away to Darmoor and the South Hams. It is a house for families and couples and of course friends.
The house is laid out over three floors, with the entrance at ground level, on the second floor the lovely lounge and kitchen and outdoor patio (with optional extra- hot tub), and bathroom and two double bedrooms with attractive views on the third floor. Neutrally decorated and simply furnished, the house is exceptionally quiet; a place to sit back on the sofa, hang in the hammock, read a book or catch up on the news.

The Devon region
The South West is a memorable place to visit, with plenty of coastline and hilltops to visit.
