"Excellent property with stunning views and a large pool"

We arrived to a beautiful hamper with local produce and fresh flowers. I have two small children and the house catered extremely well for our family. The pool area had a safety fence and plenty of shade for our children, plus there was an abundance of pool toys and inflatables. The views from the terraces are stunning; the village is a little far with toddlers however the house came equipped with a tandem bike which we used regularly. The house itself is very comfortable, I noticed that White Company bedding was provided and the kitchen had all the utensils and equipment we required. The lovely warm evenings spent on the terrace will linger in my mind for some time to come until we return.

"Fantastic didn't want to come home!!"

Stayed with another family in Chez Charolais end of Aug 2011. It was an easy and pleasant 6.5 hour drive down from Calais, as we approached the region the weather got hotter!!

Beautiful 5 bedroom converted barn, far enough away from neighbours to use the outside speakers to their full advantage, while we lounged round the pool. Shops in the town were a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk. We didn't eat in the town but journeyed further afield to Chez Chignon for Pizzas and pasta which were very nice.

Cows next door provided interesting entertainment when the bull was out! and our little fella in the group loved lizard hunting every day! The pool was heated, lovely and warm and had plenty of use while we were there.

The barn had everything in it you needed, think it was sponsored by Ikea! so top quality stuff. Beach towels were also provided and towels indoors too. Beds were very comfy and the whole place was very relaxed and inviting. Sky Tv and free wi-fi too so the kids were happy!

I would recommend this barn to anyone and hopefully we will be back very soon!
