Located on the first and top floor of the building this apartment is ideal for families and couples, be it for a short break out of season or for a summer holiday. There is a large communal pool on the Domain only a few minutes walk from the apartment, with tennis courts, table tennis and children's play area close by.
The Domain itself is secure with gated access and has well tended gardens and situated in a quiet residential area just to the north of Cannes, in the popular area of Mougins.
Ideally situated for visiting up and down the the French Riviera, being only 10 mins from the motorway. The apartment has a double and a single bedroom on the main floor along with a large bathroom with both shower and separate shower. The second double bed and a single bed are on the mezzanine along with a second toilet with wash basin. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped with all that you require for your holiday. There is a good sized terrace with teak furniture and an electric BBQ.
A supermarket and the all essential bakery are only a few minutes walk away. Several good restaurants are also within walking distance. For golf lovers, there are several courses in the vicinity.

The south of France is known for its temperate climate making it ideal for a winter break as well as a perfect destination for your summer holiday. The closest sandy beaches can be found in Cannes and extend all the way down the coast. You younger and older people alike Marineland at Antibes is well worth a visit being the largest marine park in Europe.
Mougins / St Basile area
There are several Golf Clubs in the area, catering for all abilities and budgets. Mougins boasts some of the best restaurants in the area.
Visiting some of the hill top villages is a must particularly St Paul de Vence and Gourdon.
How to get there
Flights into Nice with Easyjet from various UK airports. Other budget airlines also fly into Nice as well as regular airlines such as BA. Ryan Air will fly into Nice from Dublin from mid November. All hire car companies operate from the airport.
