Located in the popular area of Mougins, just to the north of Cannes. Ideally situated for visiting up and down the the French Riviera, being only 10 mins from the motorway. A supermarket and the all essential bakery are only a fewminutes walk away. Several good restaurants are also within walking distance. For golf lovers, there are several courses in the vicinity.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
There are several golf clubs within a few minutes drive of the property. The villa is in a very central location with easy access to Cannes, Valbonne, Antibes, Mougins old Village. Daily markets can be found in Cannes, with the Valbonne market being on every Friday throughout the year. A perfect location for both a summer holiday or a winter break.
Mougins / St Basile area
Ideally located for all of the Cannes conferences and Film Festival, as the centre of CAnnes is only 15 mins drive away. There is also a regular daytime bus route close by. In the summer Cannes hosts an International Firework Competition, with several displays throughout the summer. Marineland is only 20 mins drive away at Antibes.
How to get there
Easyjet fly to Nice from various airports throughout the UK as well as many of the other low cost airlines. BA & BMI also fly to Nice.. All the major car hire companies operate out of Nice airport.
