About the home

Located in the popular area of Mougins, just to the north of Cannes. Ideally situated for visiting up and down the the French Riviera, being only 10 mins from the motorway.
The domain is secure with gated access.
There is one double bedroom with its own private terrace, a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath, sparate toilet, large airy lounge with 2 sets of double doors opening onto another sunny terrace. The terrace has a retractable awning and dining furniture for outside eating and relaxing, plus a covered BBQ.
The separate kitchen has been newly fitted in 2012 with all new appliances and is fully equipped with all you will need for your holiday.
A supermarket and the all essential bakery are only a fewminutes walk away. Several good restaurants are also within walking distance.
For golf lovers, there are several courses in the vicinity.

There are several well known golf clubs within a few minutes drive of the property.
The villa is in a very central location with easy access to Cannes, Valbonne, Antibes, Mougins old Village.
Daily markets can be found in Cannes, with the Valbonne market being on every Friday throughout the year.
A perfect location for both a summer holiday or a winter break.

The Mougins / St Basile area

Ideally located for all of the Cannes conferences and Film Festival, as the centre of Cannes is only 15 mins drive away. There is also a regular daytime bus route close by.
In the summer Cannes hosts an International Firework Competition, with several displays throughout the summer.
Marineland is only 20 mins drive away at Antibes.
