"Perfect for a long weekend"
My friends and I had a long weekend in Morzine and wanted some cheap accommodation as most of the places we looked at were really pricey. This place was great - we knew it was a little way out of town but it was still in Morzine so the slopes were easily accessible by bus. The flat itself was fine for the three of us - it was just as shown in the photos and really clean and tidy. It is nicely decorated and very light in the living room area. The transfers did have trouble finding it though and one them dropped my friend off at the bottom of the hill, not at the flat and it took her ages to find it so I would suggest you don't get out of the transfer until you are at the actual flat, don't let them fob you off.
We knew about the buses from the other reviews and they were really handy - running every half an hour into town, and the stop to take you into town is just a little walk down the hill. On the way back you can get the bus back from the Pleney lift. There are two different buses you can get, you just have to work out where to get off. The buses do stop at 7.30pm though and it is about a 25minute walk home - although there are some good bars to stop at on the way back. After the first walk home in the snow we just did après ski till the last bus home!
The kitchen in the flat is quite small but fine for a few days. There is a fridge and hob so fine for basic food. I don't think there was a microwave or oven but we didn't really need one.
Communication with the landlord was really good and he was really helpful. The deposit was returned with no problems.
I would recommend this place to small families, couples and small groups. I would definitely stay here again for another long weekend.

"Exactly what it said on the tin"
Was a charming little apartment. We were 4 and although it was snug it certainly wasn't cramped at all. It may look a way out of the resort on the map but the free bus is only 150m down the road … More
Thanks for your positive review, we are pleased you had a good stay.
Regarding the water, we haven't had that as an issue before and we have stayed as a family of 4-5 -
But I will get it checked out to ensure there is a plentiful supply in future.

"Comfortable and welcoming"
My 14yr old daughter and I had an excellent week in Morzine staying at this apartment. We found it a comfortable place to spend most of our evenings and enjoyed many evening meals there. It is well located on the free bus route which run frequently and efficiently (described below). Large windows on two sides of the living room/kitchen give great views of the mountains.
We fell into an easy routine spending between 7 and 8 hours on the mountain most days - aiming to be back at the apartment by 7.30 after enjoying a rest in a cafe bar and done any shopping required for our evening meal.
Excellent supply of hot water and a strong shower was much appreciated.
Buses are convenient with a blue signed bus (Marked 'U") doing a circular tour - we got off at Les Granges stop just past the Promo Cash and walked for 3 minutes down the lane to the apartment and in the mornings walked a similar distance further down the lane crossing the D902 twice in the process to a bus stop where we could pick up the same bus or the yellow signed bus (Marked 'P') which runs along the Route de la Plagne.
Pleney Sport at the crossroads below the new Pleney lift were excellent hiring boots/skis at a good price to my daughter and looking after our boots and skis overnight saving us carrying them to and fro.
Thanks for your positive review, we are pleased you had a great ski trip and hope to see you in the future
