Chalet | 5 bedrooms | sleeps 16
This chalet is ideally situated between Morzine and the snowsure slopes of Avoriaz, and right next to the bus stop to give easy access to the pistes on either side of the world's largest linked ski area - Les Portes du Soleil. It is run on a catered basis in winter and our emphasis is on extra mile service at prices that won't break the bank. Together with our team we will prepare delicious 4 course meals on 6 out of 7 nights and these are served with unlimited wine. Our catered prices also include buffet breakfasts and afternoon tea with delicious fresh cakes every day. After 7 years of running this business we know what people want in a ski holiday... comfy beds, friendly chalet hosts, plenty of hearty meals, free-flowing wine and at competitive prices! We can arrange everything from airport transfers to ski lessons, lift passes and a mobile ski hire firm to kit you out in the comfort of the chalet. Just get yourselves to Geneva and let us take care of the rest!
The chalet is unusual in that it is a recent construction but without the normal box rooms and cramped living spaces found in most new builds. Whilst the main open-plan living space can seat 16 people around the plasma tv and impressive log burning stove there is an additional small TV area on the top floor (great for kids wishing to watch a movie whilst parents enjoy their dinner), and the later weeks of the ski season bring more opportunities for relaxing at the end of the ski day on the suntrap terrace with a cold beer from our honesty bar.
There are 5 bedrooms in total and all are big enough to take a cot for very young children. The room composition is 2 x quad rooms, 2 x triple rooms, 1 x twin room. All five bedrooms have ensuite facilities and our chalet staff have their own accommodation so as to leave you in peace at the end of the day. That said, you can see as little or as much of us as you wish and we are always on hand to help with anything from accompanied skiing to the booking of lunch tables.

Guests wishing to self-drive will have no problem with parking as we have 5 private spaces available off the road. Entrance to the chalet is via a handy key code to avoid having to carry keys. The main entrance leads directly to the ski and boot room and wet ski gear will dry overnight in there leaving your bedroom dry!
The chalet can be booked for group bookings but also by the room on a per head basis. Our minimum stay is 3 nights but we have no fixed changeover days. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will do our best to help.
The Rhone/French Alps region
The Portes du soleil is now the largest internationally linked ski area in the world, spanning 12 resorts across the Franco-Swiss border.
The slopes of Morzine-Les Gets are ideal for beginners or the less experienced skier and offer a good selection of tree-lined motorway runs between the two resorts.
For the more adventurous skier it is advisable to head to the higher slopes of Avoriaz for more challenging pistes, terrain parks and some awesome off piste action.
From here the lift system opens up a wealth of opportunities on both sides of the border and it is even possible to complete the circuit in a full day. For adrenalin junkies why not tackle the infamous 'Swiss Wall' between Avoriaz and Les Crosets (but don't forget your passport!).
This charming wonderful town is the ideal base for people of all ages and acts as the perfect gateway to some of the most fantastic skiing on earth.
And a little over 1 hour from the Geneva Airport there are no long transfers to endure and visitors arrive swiftly in a winter wonderland in this traditional community with unique hospitality.
The town boasts better facilities than most ski resorts due to its long historic development from a farming community, and there really is something for everyone both on and off the slopes.
