Apartment Central Morzine does what it says on the tin. It is More Mountain Morzine's bespoke stand alone luxury self catered apartment right in the centre of Morzine.
Built and designed by More Mountain, it sleeps up to 6 people in designer modern contemporary style. We think its the perfect pad to relax in, party from, or simply enjoy as a great home from home right in the heart of the Village. You wont want to leave!
Apartment Central features 2 luxury bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms, large sunny terrace, spacious lounge area, fully equipped state of the art kitchen diner and loads of mod cons. We believe if you choose self catering, it doesn’t mean you have to compromise on home comforts.
The stylish and sexy modern interior comes with all the usual More Mountain extras like flatscreen TV, Free WifI, SkyTV, DVD Player, Bose iPod Dock, luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen and L’Occitane Toiletries. Plus we now have added a nintendo Wii Sports!
The Apartment features a large lounge area with squidgy velvet corner sofa, which converts into a good quality sofa bed, 2 armchairs, plenty of space for 6 people, loads of storage and underfloor heating throughout to keep you cosy and warm on those winter evenings. You can kick back and watch your favourite TV channels as we have SkyTV or listen to your iPod on the Bose sound system or play a game of Wii. Large floor to ceiling windows slide open onto wrap around balconies which lead to a huge terrace, great for enjoying a glass of vino whilst you watch the sun set!
The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with seating for 6 people around a sociable oak dining table. Appliances include dishwasher, microwave, integrated fridge freezer and oven with gas hob, kettle and toaster and plenty of workspace.
Luxury Bedrooms
There are 2 generously proportioned luxury bedrooms, both of which have designer Duravit Bathrooms, power showers, heated towel rails and plenty of storage and cupboard space. The master suite has an ensuite with full sized bath and power shower and features patio doors which open onto the very large terrace.
All our bedrooms are equipped with Designer Cushions and Throws, thick Fluffy Towels, luxury L’Occitane Toiletries, crisp white Egyptian Cotton linen, 2 pillows per person and hollow fibre hypo-allergenic quilts. This is all included in the price of your self catered stay at More Mountain.
All rooms can be configured as Twins or King Size Doubles with no gaps – you just tell us what you want!
The sofa bed in the Lounge is good quality and opens into a 140 size double bed.

Apartment Central Morzine Location
Apartment Central does what is says on the tin, it is located slap bang in the centre of Morzine right next to the River, just across the road from the Dixie Bar, Rhodos and Robinsons which effectively mark the start of the town centre. Staggering back after a few beers is made very easy!
The Apartment is also on the free ski shuttle bus route which accesses the main High Speed Gondolas to Avoriaz, Morzine and Les Gets every 10 minutes so getting around the town is made super easy. There are no hills to climb either as Apartment central is on the flat!

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
Morzine and the Portes Du Soleil is really easy to access from the UK. The nearest airport is Geneva, less than a 90 minutes transfer away. Morzine is also the easiest French ski resort to drive to from the UK – approximately 8 hours from Calais. Morzine is THE ideal destination for people who want to spend more time on the mountain and less time travelling!
The Morzine area
Morzine Avoriaz is in the heart of the Portes Du Soleil, acclaimed to be the largest linked ski area in the world with over 650 km of pistes.
Avoriaz is the highest resort at over 2400 metres ensuring great snow cover. Morzine is the perfect central location to the Portes Du Soleil providing a brilliant cross section of ski terrain, great for beginners but also challenging for experts and intermediates.
Morzine Avoriaz often gets better snow than other higher French resorts due to its close proximity to Mont Blanc and northern situation in the Alps. The slopes tend to keep their snow for longer as many are north facing and retain great base layers all season. In addition there is the peace of mind that pistes are rigorously maintained, not forgetting the use of approximately 520 snow cannons.
Since its first ski lift opened in 1934, Morzine has retained its original Haute Savoie character, giving the town an authentic historical feel with all the convenience of a modern day resort with cool bars, trendy shops and fabulous restaurants.
Traditional après is centred around a cluster of bars, boasting the infamous Mutzig Old Strong Lager! In the evening the pace of life increases with a wide variety of bars and pubs staying open until the early hours in the morning.
All More Mountain Luxury Chalets in Morzine are less than a 5 minute walk to the town centre where the shops, bars and restaurants are a plenty. Our chalets are within a stones throw of a number of free ski shuttle bus stops, which circulate Morzine Avoriaz every 20 minutes.

Highly recommend this apartment and the excellent service from More Mountain. As a family with kids aged 11 and 14 this was ideal - everything on the doorstep and with TV, DVD and Wii games a bonus. Morzine is beautiful in the summer and the view from the balcony is lovely. Loads to do and we didn't want to leave! Thanks and we would love to come again. |
