"Fantastic spacious house with wonderful views"
Seacroft is gorgeous, it has spectacular sea views from almost every room (apart from big TV lounge, and one twin bedroom) the bedroom ensuites were fab with enough hot water for us all. The decor is well thought out with lovely curtains and pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, big American fridge freezer with ice dispenser came in handy, and there's tons of room for people to help out in the kitchen or chill out around the massive slate table - the pictures don't do it justice. The garden is lovely, there's a decking area with huge table and breathtaking views, steps up to a smaller patio and there's a viewing area right above the house - no whales seen! You can walk into Mortehoe -Chichester pub is fab, as is the fish and chips, and its a good stretch to Lee Bay and worth going to the Grampus pub. The walk around Morte point is superb, seals love it around the far side. The cafe on Woolacombe beach is good too! We swam in the sea, but there were quite a few small jelly fish, we found wet suits got round this problem. We cycled along the Tarka trail from Barnstaple, lovely cafes along the route - good cycle hire place by station, but book - they are well used! The car parking spot at Seacroft is snug for 3 cars, we had 2 vw golfs and a vw estate and they fitted, 3 big cars wouldn't. 2 very small points, don't forget oven gloves, we did (ouch) and if you need your garlic squashed then take a garlic press.

"Lovely large house with wonderful sea views"
We stayed at Seacroft as a large family gathering and found it to be perfect. Every bedroom has exceptional en-suite facilities and the kitchen is very well equipped. The best part though is the location. Close enough to Woolacombe beach for it to be walked but far enough to be high up for some fantastic views across the sea and Mortehoe point. Seacroft really lived up to our high expectations.

"Beautiful House in stunning location!"
Stayed at Seacroft for 1 week over August bank holiday with 2 families, granny, grandad and 2 dogs. The house was wonderful and even though there were 10 of us there was plenty of room and we never felt on top of each other - great that all bedrooms had an ensuite so no queues for the showers after a day on the beach! The kids loved having their own TV den and the dining table was brilliant with all 10 of us sitting down to dinner each evening. The kitchen was very well equipped and we even cooked a full roast dinner on the Sunday. Weather was not great during our week but that did not matter as we had such a nice house to stay in! Location was amazing, great views from all rooms and only over the road to National Trust land and the walk to Morte Point and along to Lee Bay is recommended. Finally, Sarah the owner was most helpful in the run up to and during our holiday and we hope to be able to return next year.

"Great property for large family group"
Perfect location for a family get together. Nicely positioned between Mortehoe and Woolacombe. Extremely peaceful, with the most amazing sea views. Well equipped for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone. Great to have so many bedrooms en-suite.

"House with views and enjoyment"
10 of us with ages ranging from 80+ to 13 had a fantastic week at Seacroft. We walked and used the nearby Barricane Beach for swimming (twice at sunset @ approx 21.30hrs) as well as the main Woolacombe Beach attraction. House is very functional with a good duo TV room option with all rooms bar one with sea views. Great wet room to shift the sand and useful kitchen with large slate table for all to sit around. Take your own toilet rolls, first meal and drink to start with as this is not provided. All in all, a beautiful location.

"Great property, great location, great views"
This is a fantastically well kept property, very clean and very spacious. We traveled in a group of 10 and a dog and there was plenty of room for all. Very good service from the guys letting the property, they were extremely helpful. The views (as can be seen from the photos) speak for themselves and the house is very well located, perfect for surfers, walkers, afternoon tea drinkers or country pub goers. Would highly recommend this property to larger groups looking for a base for a variety of activities.

"Amazing house in perfect location!"
Gorgeous house with amazing views. Like home from home, the house had everything you need for a large group. Lots of space with two living rooms, kitchen is large, great social area. We had 10 adults and 4kids. Not great access if disabled as front stairs are a little steep. Would return to this house. Main beach is about 10/15 mins walk with lots of shops/pubs n small village up the hill is perfect for a chilled out afternoon. Great area for walks and scenery. Owners very helpful 5*
