A big thank you to Carol & Steve for letting us have the gite at very short notice. Also a big thank you to Pauline & Phil for getting the place ready again at very short notice. We all had a lovely holiday at La Prise Boulay. The gite was was clean and tidy as it always is. The weather was very cold all week, but you did not notice it with the log burning fire. The gite is like a second home to us. Cannot wait for our holiday in July to come around. Best wishes Maggs & Dave Brown |

The four of us were looking to head to Normandy for the first time; we have boys aged 6 & 4, and had struggled to find something suitable in the right place and available when we required it (end July). La Prise Boulay fitted the bill perfectly. There was plenty of space inside and out for the kids to play in (they particularly liked the swing), and the accessories in the house were spot on. The bedrooms were comfy and clean and the location is quiet and remote, hidden amongst trees and narrow lanes. There was wildlife around every corner and each morning we were visited by a Sparrowhawk. We didn't want to leave but, sadly, had to! |
