This charming manor has harmoniously preserved the spirit of Belle Epoque, offers a livable surface of 300m2 on three floors, high ceilings, mouldings, fireplaces.

A guesthouse of a 100m2 livable surface (can be rented separately), a keeper's house, a tennis court, a heated swimming pool (3 x 5 m), a three car garage, and also a covered BBQ terrace.

The property is in perfect condition, heated with municipal gas and connected to a draining system.

4 metre ground floor ceiling, 3,5 meter ceiling on the 1st and 2nd floor provide for spacious and luminous rooms. Exceptionally cozy, rooms have original features such as magnificent sculptured fireplaces, precious stained glass, sumptuous mouldings, ancient wooden floors etc.

A wide balcony is accessible from the room and offers a splendid view on the lake with and the 300 000 sq.m. municipal park of Morsang-sur-Orge.

The castle is located in the middle of a 7500 m2 idyllic park and is completely surrounded by an ancient 4 m stone walls. Centennial and bi-centennial trees preserve the Guérinière calm and privacy. Highlights of the park are the oldest Ginkgo tree of France and one 150 years old Magnolia. Not to forget the charm of the rustic park that brims with flowers in summer and fruit in autumn.
