Home description
Situated on the edge of a hamlet, with no immidiate neighbours, yet easily found, close to the national park. The property has splendid views from the secluded garden which has an area for bon fires. Inside there is a rustic kitchen, lounge with woodburner, and bathroom. Upstairs, one twin room, one double room with ensuit toilet and a small sofa bed in the large walkthrough landing room. Adjacent to the property there is a small games room with table tennis, darts and some bicycles, one of which is a tandem.

The Brittany / Finistere region
Located 8 miles from the busy market town of Morlaix. Almost at the foot of the range of hills and national park called the Monts d' Arree. Having driven to the top of the hills you have a view over the moorland and hills which are great for walking and cycling around. If you visit the coast, of which there is a large choice all within easy driving distance, you will find it very similar to cornwall but with far fewer people about. Try some of the many Creperies, our favourite being in the village of La Feuillee which is the highest village in Brittany.
Morlaix area
Apart from the nearby village Morlaix is the nearest town of any size, with a typical french market on Saturdays, plenty of places to eat and drink. In the summer there are concerts in the streets often.

Brittany Ferries from Plymouth - Roscoff (only 25 miles from Roscoff) From March 05 fly from Exeter - Brest with Flybe (we are 40 mins from Brest)

Further details indoors: Both the kitchen and living room have woodburning stoves. There is also electric heating. There is a radio/cd DVD player and plenty of games to play. Table tennis in the games room and bicycles. We welcome pets escorted by responsible owners.
Further details outdoors: Private drive to rear of property with plenty of parking for several cars. Nice sized lawn area with bon fire space. Bicycles stored in the games room including a tandem. There is a designated area for bon fires (you'll have to scavange your wood) and a BBQ, as well as outdoor furniture. Backing onto open farm land the garden provides a lovely view over the valley. A very short drive to the moors and you are in fantastic walking or cycling countryside which has numerous marked routes.
