Stockbridge Cottage is a glorious and spacious Grade II listed Cotswold cottage. Hidden down a quiet lane and full of charm and character, this detached cottage is well-appointed with many classic features throughout including mullioned windows and a woodburner. There is a excellent kitchen, as well as a sheltered terrace (with garden furniture and a barbecue) plus a lawned area and flower beds. Unsurprisingly customers' comments have been glowing ('fantastic', 'perfect haven' and 'perfect place to escape in the Cotswolds'!) A real quality holiday cottage in our opinion.
Evenlode is a classic Cotswold village (see pictures): beautiful and peaceful. It is located between Stow-on-the-Wold and Moreton-in-Marsh, both of which have an excellent variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. There are two good pubs within 1 1/2 miles.

Evenlode is centrally placed for visiting many places of interest including Blenheim Palace, Warwick Castle, Hidcote Manor Gardens, Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford and Oxford. Cheltenham, Stratford-upon-Avon and Cirencester are also easily reached by car.

Upstairs: Bedroom One with large double bed and En suite Shower Room, WC and washbasin. Bedroom Two with double bed. Bedroom Three with two single beds. Family bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin.
Further details outdoors: There is a good sized garden to the side of the property with table and chairs. (The cottage is in the grounds of the owner's home and the gardens and therefore only part of the gardens are available for use by customers.)

All weeks (or short breaks) which include a Bank Holiday are charged at the High Season Rate. February Half Term is charged at Mid Season Rate. Cheltenham Festival, Badmington, Blenheim Horse Trials and Game Fair Weeks are charged at Xmas Rates in appropriate cottages.
Short Breaks available on request, but NOT in High Season or School Holidays please
A 2 or 3 night break costs 75% of the weekly rate
A 4 night break costs 85% of the weekly rate
5 nights and over are charged at the full weekly rate.
Costs include heating electricity and bed linen. Payment can be taken by cheque, debit card (preference) or credit card (subject to 2% charge).
