Peewit House is a magnificent Cotswold Country House set in glorious countryside, yet convenient for the market towns of Stow on the Wold and Moreton in Marsh. This detached Cotswold stone house is located on the edge of a little village called Kitebrook itself just 5 minutes from Moreton. Recently renovated and restored, the accommodation is spacious, beautifully furnished and very well equipped.
Outside there is a large garden surrounding the house, which can be accessed from the living room and kitchen. We see this as an ideal and brilliant choice for families or larger groups who enjoy high quality and attention to detail. An absolute find! The centres of Stratford, Cheltenham and Oxford are approximately 30 mins away and London is easily accessible by train from nearby Kingham which is about 2 miles 'up the road'! Separate seating area with sofa and two chairs with doors to garden Living Room, another very spacious room, with two large sofas large flatscreen TV, with surround sound, DVD, woodburning stove, stereo and French doors to garden. Living Room Two with two sofas* and TV with DVD player. (*Please note that one sofa is a 'sofa bed' and can be used for extra people at an additional charge of £40 per person)

The Annex The owners are happy to offer the use of additional accommodation for two people, which takes the total accommodation to a potential of 14, incl the sofa bed in the main house. The accommodation is completely self contained and accessed via a private front door approx 20 yards from the main house. Please note it can only be rented in addition to the use of the main house. The main house has additional seating to accommodate the extra numbers. The main house has 5 bedrooms (sleeping 10 people), there is a sofa bed in the second living room available for £40 fee (for additional two people) and then there is the Annex for an extra two people at an extra charge of £200 / £300 dependent upon length of stay.

A 4 night break costs 85% of the weekly rate
5 nights and over are charged at the full weekly rate.
Costs include heating electricity and bed linen. Payment can be taken by cheque, debit card (preference) or credit card (subject to 2% charge).
