There are 2 x BBQ's Gas & Charcoal we also provide an Outdoor Paella gas cooking ring, Large Paella Pan and of course instructions on how to cook the perfect Paella.
The property is on level ground and parking is secured with large gates.
Villa Isa is extremely spacious and is perfect to stay at without Hiring a car as there lots of close amenities, with the town a few minutes walk and taxis here are quite reasonable to hire.

If you want, you can visit tiny villages hidden among the mountains and modern coastal towns with a lively nightlife.
History and monuments mark the landscape of the inland villages and towns. Along the coast there are numerous marinas and countless facilities to allow you to enjoy the sea and water sports.
The Moraira area
Moraira is a pretty coastal town being originally a fishing village and still has a thriving local fish auction. There is a large marina and harbour surrounded by a great selection of restaurants to suit all tastes.
L' Ampolla the sandy main beach with its Blue Flag rating and Life guards is situated at the base of the Castle in the town itself with a number of superb smaller beaches and sheltered coves along the shoreline.
The bustling local market is held every Friday with a nightly market held in the summer months.
Attractions include water sports such as scuba diving complete instruction courses, Golf, Tennis,Go-karting and a children's funfair.
Moors and Christians Fiestas are held in June with firework displays in June and July.
Within a few minutes drive there is the old town of Benissa with its historic buildings and culture, further afield are the towns of Denia, Javea and Calpe all with different aspects of Spanish life to enjoy.
Perhaps a visit to the inland villages and sample the local wines in the many bodegas.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 young teenagers and had a lovely time staying in Villa Isa. It was in a perfect location for us as it was close to all amenities but quiet enough to let our young teenagers out on their own. The facilities in the villa were second to none, it had everything you require for an enjoyable stay. Ian was extremely helpful and the villa and pool were maintained to a high standard. The youngsters really enjoyed the games area and there were ample outside dining areas and loungers. The two separate self contained floors make it ideal for families holidaying together. A well recommended villa! |

We travelled to Villa Isa by car from the UK, other party members flew to Alicante, some hired cars, some did not. So the 12 people, aged from 5 to 62 were a complete mixture when it came to mobility around Moraira! That is the beauty of the location, if you've got transport fine, if not, no problem with facilities an easy walk or a short bus ride away. The villa is very well appointed, 2 good lounges, great TV as the Olympics were on, great airconditioning and a supper pool. There was also table football, pool, table tennis and air hockey - we had our own table Olympic games! We made paella on the huge out door paella pan having downloaded a recipie using the excellent wifi, it was really good! The nearest beach is a 100 meters away and the Moraira beach is an easy 1 mile walk or use the little train from just down the road, it runs back until about 23.00, brilliant! All our party had a great holiday and if we all can get the time off together again we won't hesitate to return. |

We stayed in the Villa Isa for a week and it was a wonderful holiday for us all. We had six adults (including a wheelchair user) and two teenagers in our party and we all fit comfortably in the villa. Our hosts were there to greet us, and the fridges were stocked with nibbles which were much appreciated. The villa itself was amazing for our wheelchair user, most, if not all doorways were big enough to fit a wheelchair or hoist (which we procured through the owners) including the two huge wet rooms. Everywhere outside was level which was ideal. It was all very clean and the owners came to clean the pool during the week, phoning us about the best time to call round. Literally across the road was the supermarket Mas y Mas, which had everything we needed for the stay. We walked the roads down to Moraira a couple of times, it took a little while however it was very scenic. The pool was a brilliant part of the villa. There was not one part of the day that one of us wasn't in it. It was very clean. The villa is next to a road, however it felt very private and was quiet as it is gated and walled off. There was lots to do for the younger people, it had a pool table and a table tennis table, as well as excursions off the property. At night, the DVD player and tv provided entertainment for the older members of the party, as well as those that didn't fancy going out that night. The drive from the airport was about an hour by private coach. We got directions from Google maps. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we intend to stay again. |
