With one double and one twin bedroom, this comfortable apartment is ideal for couples and families.There is also a covered terrace (naya), furnished with a table and chairs, which allows for al fresco dining any time of the day! Four sun loungers are also available for your use in the garden.
Just 5 minutes drive from the local beach (Moraig Beach) and 2.5 kms away from a golf course, on the outskirts of Benitachell Village. There is plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas of Javea, Calpe, Denia and Moraira.

Our all inclusive rental prices are amongst the lowest in Cumbre del Sol for comparable properties and facilities. This comfortable apartment, In Pueblo de la Paz, is located less than five minutes walk from the pool and in the row closest to the sea. This offers more comfort as our private garden is not overlooked.
Multilingual housekeeper is available to answer queries. Speaks Spanish, German and English.
Ground floor apartment so is accessible from the road for wheelchair user via three steps.
Enclosed garden makes it safe for children to play in.
Smoking is allowed.

Booking can be made anytime of the year. We only require a small deposit of 20% of the rental rate. The balance is to be paid at least one month prior to travel or to our housekeeper upon arrival at the apartment. Deposit is non refundable If cancellation is made less than one month before travel. We also ask for a low security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable once conditions are met-usually within a week of your departure from the apartment.
Rental price INCLUDES our house keeper's fees for meet and greet at the apartment,key handover, providing towels/bed linen AND final cleaning costs.
Payment can be made securely by Paypal, direct bank transfers or UK personal cheques.
The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


The Costa Blanca (White Coast) of the Mediterranean coast stretches from Denia to Pilar de la Horadada and from Orihuela to the Valleys of Marina Alta.There are 141 towns/cities with a total of 1,379,762 inhabitants. Alicante is the capital. There are more than 219 km of coastline scattered with sandy blue beaches as well as extraordinary coves and cliffs.
Costa Blanca has something for everyone: there are mountains stretching along the sandy beaches in the north whereas the southern region charms visitors with beautiful salt lakes and balmy palm trees. There is a perfect blend of rural villages and modern tourist resorts. There is very little pollution and humidity in this region.
The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
Moraira is a small coastal town part of Teulada, in the La Marina Alta district. It is one of the most unspoilt resorts on the Costa Blanca, with 8 km of beautiful clean coastline backed by mountains and a large vineyard which grows Muscatel grapes for wine making. Moraira has roots as a fishing village and until today, the traditional fish market remains as one of the most popular in the coast.
Benitachell is located between Moraira and Javea on the northern province of Costa Blanca. It was in the past an Arabic outpost and has a traditional fishing heritage. Now, it is predominantly an agricultural village with ample amenities. The locals are friendly and the pace of life is relaxed!
Cumbre del Sol is a quality development of holiday villas and apartments -located on the hillside of Mountain Puig de Llorenca, on the Mediterranean coast. It is a mere 1 km away from Benitachell village. Its location (170m above sea level) offers spectacular panoramic views of mountains, shores and especially the clear blue Meditarranean sea! There are several hiking trails of its own and also access to other natural reserves and parks.
The local beach, Playa del Moraig, with its impressive coves and the Los Arcos Caves are just 5 minutes drive down the road. For golf lovers, the pleasant nine hole Javea Golf Course is only 2.5 kms away! The aquatic and theme parks of Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are just 40 minutes away in Benidorm.
Cumbre del Sol is also nearby to Moraira-10 minutes drive (marina, sandy beaches & rocky coves), Javea- 10 minutes drive (Playa del Arenal/beach, marina, open air market & watersports), Denia-less than 30 minutes drive (castle, harbour, marina, beaches, jet ski/diving) and Calpe-less than 30 minutes drive (ancient walls, roman remains, Serene Bay, Penone de Ifach/Volcanic Rock).
For shopping enthusiasts, Denia's market day falls on Monday, Javea's on Thursday, Moraira's on Friday and Calpe has a market day on Saturday morning!
Cumbre del Sol enjoys superb year round climate, enjoying approximately 325 sunny days in a year! Summer days averages between 25-35 degrees Celsius whilst the winter is milder and dryer compared to Northern Europe.

We ask for the lowest booking and security deposit amongst apartment owners in Cumbre del Sol. Only 20% of rental rate is needed to secure booking. Please note that the deposit is non refundable for cancellation made less than one month before travel.
