Villa La Repere is a charming property in an excellent location, just 1200m from bars, restaurants, shops and the beach. This lovely detached villa has delightful views down the valley to the sea, and is the ideal spot to enjoy a special holiday.

Villa La Repere is a very comfortable holiday home, tastefully furnished. There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom (with an additional bed available). There is a family bathroom and a modern kitchen. The comfortable lounge has a satellite TV and a large dining area. Outside you will find a covered terrace and steps lead down to the sunbathing terrace by the 8 x 4 metre private pool. Gardens surround the villa and the property is walled and gated so it is safe for children.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca is renowned for being a shoppers paradise offering everything from fashionable clothes, leather goods, perfumes and wines as well as an abundance of fresh fruit, fish and vegetables.

Numerous restaurants, some with live entertainment, offer local, national and international cuisine. A trip through the valleys and up into the mountains among the pine forests and the almond and citrus groves provides some spectacular scenery, and there are always places to stop for a drink and a meal.

Benidorm is a short drive away and offers excellent shopping and nightlife plus the new Terra Mitica Disney style theme park. Coach excursions are available to these and all the other popular attractions.

The Moraira / Fanadix area

La Fustera lies on the South Eastern coast of Spain, between the larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, Alicante airport is 95kms (1hr drive) and Valencia airport is 135kms (1.5hrs drive) with excellent motorway and coastal roads from both. The village of La Fustera is situated in the beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca. This area has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery, fine beaches, including watersports, and many small villages to explore.

Nearby is the small town of Moraira which has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe and is particularly popular with Spanish from Madrid and Valencia. It has an impressive marina, excellent variety of local shops, weekly open markets, harbour-side fish restaurants and bars still retaining their Spanish character.

La Repere is on the Benissa Costa between Moraira and Calpe, one of the most attractive seaside areas on the Costa Blanca. It is just 12km from the motorway junction and less than a mile to the local beach, shops and restaurants. The journey from Alicante airport is 95km, nearly all motorway, and takes just over an hour. From Valencia airport it is 135 km and will take 85 minutes, again nearly all motorway.

Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including AerLingus, BMI Baby, British Airways, Easyjet, First Choice, FlyBe, FlyGlobespan, Jet 2, Monarch, Ryanair, and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.

There are now twelve UK Airports that offer regular, scheduled flights to Valencia from five different Airlines: British Airways/ Iberia, Easyjet, Jet2, Thomsonfly and Ryanair.
