The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

You are only 70 yards from the tlarge swimming pool, which is one of the best in Moraira with a shallow children's section, lawns and toddlers play area with slide, swing, etc. It is a top class pool for actually swimming in and has a lifeguard during July and August There are two tennis courts. The restaurant has a new French chef for this summer. Parking immediately outside your door.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 20% deposit, the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday begins. Full payment is required if the bookings is made less than 8 weeks before the holiday. A breakages deposit of £100 is needed and will be returned within a week of your leaving and after the property inspection. Payment can be by bank transfer or cheque. Enquiries for holidays of less than one week or long term rentals are welcome. Check with owner the prices in euros. The villa is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival with all cleaning and laundry charges are included. Holidays of more than one week include a weekly bed linen and bathroom towel change.
