This apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 adult people, it is not suitable for children and young adults (min age 20+), The lounge has English Sky TV (free to view) and a DVD player with films, and lots of books for your enjoyment, it has a dining table and comfortable sofa's for you to relax on. There is also a well equipped kitchen and a shower room.The apartment is equipped with fans in each room. The master bedroom comprises of a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The ground floor apartment has full access to the private pool and terraces which form part of the main villa. Which the single female owner lives in all year round.
The terrace and pool area has sun loungers dotted around for you to relax and enjoy the sun, there are 2 patio table and chairs so you can enjoy eating outside in the evening.
Welcome pack comprising of tea, coffee, milk, bread and water etc is included in the rental price. I also provide things like shampoo, shower gel, and sun cream to cut down on your baggage allowance.

The apartment and garden are kept to a good standard, and is very clean and well equipped.
The accommodation is on the ground floor and has complete access to the pool and terrace area.
The Terrace has its own table and chairs, sun loungers and space for al fresco dining.
The lounge and dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The Kitchen is equipped with toaster, kettle microwave, oven, and fridge/freezer, dish washer, iron and ironing board, and plenty of utensils. There is also a clothes airer, and space in the garden for drying washing.

The pool and garden are shared with the person who owns the villa when she is there, however when the apartment is in use the pool and terrace area have sole use. There are 4 sun loungers around the pool area.
The Terrace is private and for the sole use of guests staying in the apartment. However this is overlooked by the road and other villa.
Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony.

The apartment is located between Moraira and Teulada on the sunny Costa Blanca. It is part of a detached Luxury villa and has views over the sea, coastline and mountains surrounding the area.
The apartment is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday or long term let while looking for your ideal home in Spain. It is only a short drive away from many attractions for adults.
It is a 40-minute drive from the lively resort of Benidorm and an hour’s drive from the airports of Alicante and Valencia.

The Moraira / Cumbre del Sol area
MORAIRA is best described as the Jewel of the Costa Blanca. Its roots are from a small fishing village totally alien to the built up image of the Costa’s and yet it still retains much of the original charm with an overwhelming abundance of superb restaurants. There are 3 blue flag clean sandy beaches as well as rocky diving coves.
The beaches are swept daily and the water is calm and shallow making it ideal for young tots. The main beach is next to the town centre with convenient walkways and parkland. A mix of quaint cobble streets and beautiful shops surrounds the central market square. There is an open-air market on Fridays and a daily fish market. Street fiestas and fireworks abound in the summer. The marina with its nearby pavement cafes makes for a perfect setting.
Within half an hours drive are the theme and water parks at Benidorm and at Denia a ferry service to the Balearic Islands with Alicante Airport South and Valencia Airport North; both just over an hour drive away.Moraira was originally a small fishing village which has grown in recent years with the addition of a marina and a number of villa developments; however the town still retains much of the original charm away from the Bright lights and disco bars, and the high rise hotels due to strict planning controls.
Moraira enjoys the subtropical Mediterranean climate with cool sea breezes in the summer and protection from the cold north winds in the winter by the surrounding mountains. Each year there is nearly 3000 hours of sunshine with an average temperature that easily exceeds 20 degrees. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round holiday. Moraira is between the larger resorts of Calpe & Javea, with Alicante Airport South and Valencia Airport North, both just over an hours drive away.

The apartment looks ideal with its own pool,however we had to clean a lot in the apartment to use it. We would never have used the bbq as very dirty,also it had a wasps nest in.The wooden table and chairs were in very poor condition. When we asked for ceiling light bulbs she said the lamps would suffice.The owner went away and we cleaned the pool, watered plants, washed the sheets etc for her. There was not one cleaning from her in a fortnight for our apartment, she just handed us some well worn sheets one time to change ourselves We were notified on arrival that if we used too much electricity we would be charged...there was no mention of this in her description. Hence we tried not to use the fans and so were very uncomfortable on an evening as there was no air con.Her manual is full of 'Do Nots'.On the day of leaving I hoovered the mat in the lounge but the hoover stopped after a couple of minutes. She was not in when I went to say about it. Subsequently she has charged me my £100 deposit ! Obviously it was a mechanical problem and was not of my doing. She also said a towel was m issing...we did not have it in the beginning !!!I thought the owner would check the place with us together but she waited 4 days before writing to say she was not returning the deposit . I sent a number of emails of which she never had the courtesy to reply to any, I would never recommend this apartment to anyone. |

After holidaying in our own apartment for over 20 years, we could never have imagined feeling so at home in somebody else's apartment. We have never had our own private pool or garden before, so this is really something special - and, if that isn't reason enough to want to come here again; it has to be those spectacular views! Thank you Gilly for letting us share your home and for your hospitality! |

We had a great time and the apartment is beautiful. There are lots of sugestion for things to do in the visitors book and Gilly can suggest alternatives. You do need a car but this does not detract... more |
