The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has beautiful beaches with a EU 'blue flag' status. it is very sunny almost all year, and while summer temperatures rarely fall below 30C, if you are thinking of a winter stay, the average is 17C.
If you like visiting, Guadalest is middle ages fortress village over 1500m on a mountain peak. Valencia is Spain's third largest city and City of Art and Science is a good place to visit, or shopping in the centre. If you like nightlife Benidorm is your place, but it also offers Terra Mitica, wonderful theme park. Dont miss a walk aroun in the town of Altea, with a beatiful market and lovely restaurants. All this sites are 1hour drive at most.
Moraira / Benitachell/Cumbre del Sol area
Cumbre del Sol is a lovely residential area with astonishig views to the Mediterranean that can reach Balearic Islands. 1 km drive takes you to Playa del Moraig, a small, quiet beach with bar. You can also enjoy excellent restaurants, an international supermarket, pharmacy, bank, horse riding or tennis.
If you want a bigger beach, in Moraira's you find L'Ampolla. It has a castle and all facilities. There is also a Fish market, where early in the morning you find best fresh fish. Even bigger beaches can be found in Calpe or in Benidorm, as well as in Denia, with his impressive castle. Javea has a small beach Playa del Arenal, with a wonderful walk full of restaurants and shopping.

The villais about 1 hours drive away, Leave the Alicante Airport and joint the main AP7 motorway heading towards Benidorm (30 min) carry on past Altea and Calpe, turn off at Benissa exit 62 follow the sign to Teulada and then proceed to Moraira - Benitachell - Javea.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony. Refundable breakages deposit of 400GBP required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). 25% of rental fee due four weeks before your stay to secure booking. Weekly lets are preferred but others will be considered

A refundable deposit of £400 per week is payable at the time when the balance of the rental cost is due. This is held to cover for any breakage, damage or additional costs to us as a result of your stay in the villa and includes but is not limited to;
a Any breakages or damage caused to the villa, the pool its contents and grounds.

The deposit will be automatically refunded as soon as we receive confirmation that the villa, contents and grounds (including the pool and BBQ area) were left in a satisfactory condition and keys returned within two weeks.
Any cancellation of the booking must be made in writing by recorded delivery or by email and signed by the party leader. Cancellation will become effective from the date it is received. All cancellations are subject to a charge, payable by you, which is expressed below as a percentage of the total rental cost:
