Villa Sol is located in the Club Moraira area of Moraira, approx 20 minutes walk to Moraira town and beach. The villa has been professionally designed to the highest standard with luxury facilities.
The location is quiet and relaxing and the villa enjoys a nice sea view.
Outside is ample space for sun loungers, sun loungers, table with sun cover and chairs, gas BBQ, shower and a beautiful 10x5 swimming pool. The pool has a shallow end with seating area and a max depth of 1.8 meters.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The coast is jam packed with places to go, things to do and all round family fun days out. For nature lovers a visit to the Fonts de Algar, a natural waterfall in the hills behind Altea, is a must. Or roam through the Caves of Benidoleig and discover the high stalactites and raising stalagmites.
No trip to the coast is complete without discovering the fortress village of Guadalest as it is constantly rated amongst the top tourist attractions in all Spain.
Only a short drive is the Paramount Theme park Terra Mitica, TerraNatura zoo, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar Marine Exotic Animal Park. For the active there´s plenty of golf courses in the area, go-karting tracks, trial bike or quad trails and for the daring try micro lighting with a fully qualified instructor.
Moraira / Club Moraira area
Moraira is still a small and very pretty fishing port with a modern yacht marina and individual whitewashed holiday villas. Situated between Javea and Calpe, Moraira hosts up-market bars and restaurants set amongst spectacular views of the Mediterranean and dramatic mountainous scenery.
Moraira has relatively few hotels and no high rise apartment blocks therefore it has not fallen victim to the package holiday market. With a perfect blend of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and beautiful boutiques, this is the most exclusive area on coast.
Moraira's two main beaches are perfect golden sandy bays with fantastic views. Swimming is safe and even at the busiest times the beaches are relatively un-crowded. On the other side of the port, below the old stone watchtower is the beach of El Portet, a Blue Flag beach with outstanding views which is a favourite for families.
Villa Sol is approx 20minutes walk from the town and the main Moraira beach.
How to get there
Fly to either Alicante (1hr drive to villa) or Valencia (1.5hr drive to villa).
All major airlines fly to Alcicante however I recommend having a look on skyscanner.net to see which airlines fly from your nearest airport to Valencia as it does tend to be cheaper.
Getting from the aiport will be cheaper via a hire car, taxi´s from the airport one way can be more than a weeks hire car cost. Carjet.com have reasonable prices for hire cars.

Further details indoors: The villa has 3 large bedrooms, the mezzanine master bedroom is located on the top floor of the villa with patio doors leading on to a large balcony with lovely sea views. This bedroom has a king size bed, free standing fan, walk in dressing area with 3 double fitted wardrobes plus a large en-suite shower room with his and hers basins and vanity mirror. This is a large bedroom which also offers use of a professional standard treadmill. The stairs that lead to the 1st floor are not suitable for small children. Please see photos.
Down stairs are bedrooms 2 and 3, both with king size beds, free standing fans, double fitted wardrobes and a shared shower room.
The luxury modern fitted kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, siemens induction hob, extractor, fitted siemens microwave and oven, fridge freezer plus ample crockery and cutlery. The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the separate utility room off the hall.
The lounge offers a comfortable chaise lounge sofa, arm chairs, top of the range flat screen TV DVD player, English Satellite t.v, ADSL and surround sound stereo system.
The dining area has a 6-8 place dining table and chairs, leading from the dining area are large sliding doors on to the raised terrace, perfect for al fresco meals.
Additions to the villa are a large selection of DVD´s, books, CD´s and games. This is my home but due to work commitments I am out of the country a lot so the kitchen is fully equipped and there´s plenty of things to keep you entertained in off season rentals.

Please take a good look at the photos of my stairs, this leads to the master suite only but I would not recommend families with young child that like to climb.
Conditions
25% deposit (non refundable) will be required on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before you arrive. Payment in euros or sterling is possible.
Rental prices include utilities, clean linen and bath towels which will be changed on the 7th day should you stay longer than 1 week. Beach towels not included.
Arrival days are Monday to Saturday out of season, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday only in peak, check in times are 9am to 7pm, check in time is after 4pm if there´s someone leaving the same day.
Out of hours check in is available by key collection but needs to be pre arranged. Check out time is 10 am if someone else is arriving that same day.
