CASA CELINE is a comfortable, mature detached villa situated at the end of a quiet cul de sac, just a five minute stroll from the delightful crescent shaped bay of El Portet and if you seek peace, tranquillity and comfort in beautiful surroundings by the Mediterranean sea for your holidays, then this could be just right for you.
The spacious Ground floor apartment is available for holiday guests. Comprising of one large double and one single bedroom with comfy beds and quality cotton bedding. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Newly refurbished shower room for 2012( no image yet), fitted with shower cubicle, pedestal hand basin and wc.
Open plan fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area. Good soft sofas to relax and view the English satellite television system. Covered terrace for shaded outdoor eating. Sun loungers and parasol on the patio. Hot tub available during summer months by request, in wonderful private garden. All windows fitted with mosquito screens.
Full use of Communal 10x5 metre pool.
Great walking country, both coastal and hill on your doorstep.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region


If you are unfamiliar with the area, Ibiza or Benidorm this is definitely not, so if clubbing is your scene Moraira is not for you. Moraira is generally acknowledged to be the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca and the most sought after and prettiest area is El Portet. With beautiful coastal and mountain walks on the door step and stunning marine views round many corners, the area is a delight.
Inland the scenery is very rural with vineyards, orange and almond groves leading you through the Jalon and Orba valleys into the mountains beyond. With character mountain village restaurants, just waiting to be discovered.
Valencia and Alicante have the culture if you feel inclined. Benidorm with all it has to offer, Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are just a thirty minute drive south.
The Moraira / El Portet area
El Portet has a beautiful crescent shaped bay, good for safe swimming and a daily cleaned ( summer months) sandy beach, with a couple of bars and restaurants where you can spend many happy times taking in the wonderful views and Mediterranean atmosphere. Just back from the beach is a small supermarket for necessities.
Moraira has a good Spanish atmosphere, just a fifteen minute coastal walk from the villa and is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade, fish market and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers attractive shops that cater for just about everything you may need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings there is a very popular market in town, selling fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes, leather goods, shoes and all manner of other interesting items for sale.
There are many events throughout the year to entertain visitors to the area. The local council do a very good job putting them on at no cost to the holiday maker!

Fly to Alicante or Valencia, then drive to Moraira via the AP7 motorway , it is about an hours drive. We e-mail full driver directions to the villa if you need them.

The villa is very nice,clean and surrounded by beautiful nature and very close to the beach.
We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is fantastic and had everything to suit our needs and we love Moraira especially El Portet Beach.
The apartment was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you would ever need.
