Located on the urbanization of Villotel, close to the beautiful town of Moraira, the villa sleeps up to 8 people and has the benefit of a large communal pool with terrace and bar, tennis courts and mini golf- plenty to keep the kids entertained whilst mum and dad relax by the pool. In Moraira you will find beaches, bars, restaurants, boutiques.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 twin and 2 bathrooms. A large kitchen dining area leads through to the living room and outside terrace for alfresco dining. It benefits from an internal staircase, down to 2 bedrooms.
A further terraced area at the front leads up to the roof terrace which has fabulous views and secluded sunbathing.

Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in the winter.
The area averages nearly 3000 hours of sunshine a year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year making it an ideal all year round destination.
Moraira / Villotel area
The urbanisation of Villotel is perfectly placed for enjoying many of the local towns. Only 5 minutes into Moraira where there is the main beach and many bars and restaurants. The typically Spanish village of Benitachell with its narrow streets and traditional tapas bars. Only 15 minutes away is the port of Javea, with another large beach and lovely restaurants.
There are theme parks less than half an hour away at Benidorm-Terra Mitica, Terra Natura which is an animal kingdom. Aqualandia is a water park suitable for adults and small children.
This area of he Costa Blanca is well catered for Golf lovers having 13 excellent clubs , 4 within and around Moraira itself. There are numerous fiestas in the region, specific ones held in April, June July and November.
How to get there
The resort is conveniently located between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km/1 hour from each), an easy route along the AP7 motorway.
All major budget airlines fly to both airports- Easyjet, Bmibaby, Ryanair etc. There are many car hire companies at the airport which can be booked online that have offices in Moraira we often use MrCar and VictoriaCar.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival.
Changeover day Saturday. Villa to be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Arrivals cannot be accommodated until 3.00pm.
Conditions
Booking notes: A deposit of 25% of the total rental charge is required at the time of booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before departure. If reservation made within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount is immediately due. For cancellation charges please see further details.
A refundable deposit of £200 is required on payment of the balance. This is to cover any breakages and will be returned after satisfactory inspection.
All cancellations must be made by recorded or registered post. The following cancellation charges will apply: Up to 8 weeks - loss of deposit 6 to 8 weeks - 60% of total rental charge 4 to 6 weeks - 75% of total rental charge 2 to 4 weeks - 90% of total rental charge Under 2 weeks - 100% of total rental charge
