The apartment is on the first floor offering easy access. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated in neutral colours which gives it a warm welcome feel. The open plan American style kitchen is well equipped.
Situated only a couple of minutes walk from the nearest restaurant/bar and the town of Moraira with its friendly shops, restaurants, banks. the supermarket is only a 20 mins walk away. The stunning beaches of Moraira, El Portet and Javea are approximately 5 minutes away where you can enjoy plenty of water sports. There is also a dive centre in Moraira. You can also enjoy weekly markets.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca or White Coast extends along the eastern coast of Spain and covers the province of Alicante and has the best all year round temperatures.
There is over 100 kms of sandy beaches and rocky coves and with many of the beaches holding the coveted European Blue Flag to signify cleanliness and safe bathing. There is a mixture of pebble and sand beaches. It is a beautiful region with mountains stretching along most of the coast with cliffs and secluded coves.
There is easy access from the major airport of Alicante or Valencia either by the A7 motorway (with some toll sections) or the N-332 which runs parallel and passes through the middle of many towns. Both airports offer excellent flight services.
Moraira / Alcazar area
Moriara has grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday destination. It has a cosmopolitan feel and has stunning sandy beaches. The swanky marina boasts plenty of amazing bars/restaurants/cafes and boutiques.
For further activities visit the surrounding towns of Javea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm. All the towns have beautiful beaches and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. In Benidorm there are lots of theme parks and night clubs to cater for everyone.
The beautiful 9 hole Ifach Golf Course with poolside bar/restaurant is open to non-members and is a 15 minute drive away. There is also a 9 hole golf course in Javea also with dining and pool facility and is a 5 minute drive away. Plus La Sella Denia which is around 20 minute drive.
Sol Park Tennis Club is just 2 minutes away with professional coaches for either yourself or your children. There is also go karts for those who feel the need for speed only 2 minutes away. Local Markets daily and lots of restaurants and bars.
Situated within easy access to many attractions from theme parks to waterspouts to long walks in the mountains. The list is endless.
How to get there
Fly into either Alicante or Valencia Airport. We are approximately 1 hour from Alicante and 1 hour 30 minutes from Valencia. A good car hire company booking online is www.drivespain.com.
There are various budget airlines flying into both airports. easyjet.co.uk, jet 2.com, flymonarch.com, ryanair.com, flybmi.com, avro.com. Nrst Beach: Moraira, Javea, El Portet

Conditions
25% deposit required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival along with a refundable security deposit of €200.
House swap - We would consider a house swap anywhere abroad which would need to sleep 4.
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but all requests considered.
